Omoi Omoi no Mi (Mind Mind Fruit): This is a paramecia-type Devil Fruit that grants the user telepathic abilities.
I have also chosen numbers amongst you who I feel will be able to bring the full power of this fruit to use.
No. 18 our sharpest shooter will be given the Ute Ute no Mi (Shoot Shoot Fruit) and will be given the codename “Guns”.
No. 7 is skilled in unarmed combat and will be given the Neko Neko no Mi (Cat Cat Fruit) - Model Lion and codename “Leo”.
Lastly No. 5 the Omoi Omoi no Mi (Mind Mind Fruit) will be an asset when it comes to commanding and leading troops, your new codename will be “Brains”.
This is my decision based on knowing you all for so long, you can reject the fruit and it will be given to the next brother of ours that has a similar development to you 3.

I find weird that a submarine crew would be getting so many DF since they won't be able to swim anymore but do understand a bit why since they don't have haki training
Considering who their captain is, they're relatively safe. It's more a high risk, high reward type of thing since they're special forces. When real life submarines go down, everyone tends to die anyways, so it doesn't make a big difference.
2 questions: can they get in water with their frogmen suits and use their abilities or not because this many fruit is dangerous for a submarine. Always did wonder why DF ever would get on a boat but still.
It's not really common to have anyone surviving a sunken submarine regardless. The safest ship to be on would be the one with Atlan as a captain.
I'm wondering how those frogmen suits work too. Maybe those members will have to wear more robust suits?
