I don't really like Hana, she's far to overbearing, controlling, and manipulative. And yet, she also has the sheer gall to claim to be a "maid".
Which is another thing, and something of a pet peeve to me, maids in anime and stories inspired by anime quite often aren't really maids at all. Maids are employees of a wealthy household hired to keep a mansion, manor, or castle clean and preparing meals, among other similar jobs, while remaining polite and out of the way. They are NOT soldiers, or assassins, or even bodyguards, because keeping a large household tidy and acting as a bodyguard are both fulltime jobs with very little overlap. Then there's the attitude thing, maids are employees, which means they have very little say (depending on the laws, they might not have any say whatsoever) over what their employers get up to, and certainly wouldn't be permitted to make any decisions on behalf of their masters, let alone deny their masters anything, assuming they had the audacity to even try.

The maid squad of her is not a normal maid at all, they are created under the name of maid and have a variety of uses.
