What would Fortuna's reaction be if she had checked Farah's DIV?

It will allow you to change the possible outcome of anything to your favour according to your LUK.
1000 LUK will have 10% success. It's a pretty powerful title if the user uses it correctly.
Get it from title and achievement. Or get it through the skill. But most of them increase very slowly.

Famine can't do that since LUK is more related to the soul . It will put pressure when she tries to transfer them.
