Chapter 153 - End of the Civil War - Epilogue of Volume 2

With each minute the war between the remaining forces of the nobles and the Black Army commenced, the more blood was spilled.

Yet were there any alternatives for Vlad's army to end this conflict peacefully if the enemy, even when outnumbered and outpowered, were fighting like zealots?

Minutes passed, and more people started to surrender, seeing no chance at beating the black-clothed soldiers who unleashed hell upon them.

Getting on their knees and raising their hands in the air, they saw the manner the Black Army soldiers ignored them, leaving them alive, which made them shake in fear.

"CHARGE BOYS, THERE'S ONLY SOME MORE! DON'T WORRY ABOUT THE PALACE AND THE QUAKES. HIS HIGHNESS VLAD CAN'T LOSE AGAINST SOME TRAITOR! REMEMBER WHO HE IS!"

"OUR LEADER AND TEACHER!" roared the soldiers and even some officers who were handpicked by Vlad after the strenuous training regiment he unleashed upon them.

"THAT IS RIGHT, SO YOU BETTER DON'T EMBARRASS HIM BY DYING RIGHT NOW IN THE LAST STAGE OF THE WAR!" shouted the officer in charge of the army.

.

Yanosh, Argash, Aslak and the rest of the knights followed closely after the soldiers fighting in teams, swiftly destroying any resistance.

The young knight, who saw all of this efficient fighting while not even having to lift a finger, turned to the middle-aged man next to him and said a bit confused.

"Lord Yanosh, are we really fighting against the noble guards gathered by Duke Lacilet and the other great nobles? Aren't those some peasants who can't even fight?"

"It seems like this to you too, young Argash? This is because the army of His Highness is far stronger than the nobles ever expected. Even I am shocked seeing how they fight and their foreign system of tactics as if it something took from some history books." (A/N: Not entirely wrong)

They also saw the dark lights coming from the palace windows and how it was shaking as if it was ready to collapse.

Nevertheless, those pressuring events finally stopped after they got in the range of the palace district square that still held resistance.

At that point, an old man with shoulder length white hair with a sword releasing a frigid cold that backed away the soldiers, accompanied by a middle-aged man with brown shoulder length hair, wearing glasses, appeared in the square center from nowhere.

"KILL THE TRAITORS, MY VALIANT KNIGHTS!" shouted one of the still resisting knight groups when they saw Nius and Oliver appear next to them.

.

"Shall I end them, sir Galleot?" inquired Oliver calmly when seeing those noble knights moving toward them with mad eyes in their sockets.

"No need, the mines of the kingdom will need people to work in them. The industry of the kingdom needs to be resumed at full half capacity at least." commented Nius before he frowned at the knights, unleashing his Conqueror's Haki in their direction.

Swiftly after, Yanosh vaguely saw some dark blue waves coming out of the old man whose face he found familiar. Only Oliver was the one to be impressed by Nius Conqueror's Haki since he knew him since he first arrived in this kingdom, having fought him.

With those haki waves colliding with the knights and most noble guards, they started dropping like flies, unconscious on the ground.

Nius then turned his gaze at the Black Army soldiers, and after eying the officer in charge of this assault, which made the latter feel pressured by this old man, he said to them with a nod of his head.

"You did well, soldiers. You almost make me say better than my former army. I am sure your commander will be proud of you, giving you some breaks once in a while with this war about to end."

"Sir, are you Marshal Galleot?" asked the officer in charge of this army after Bolt handed him the responsibilities.

"That is right, you should bind those flies on the ground, so they don't create a disturbance. Did things calm down with the palace?"

"Yes, sir, His Highness is for sure victorious."

"Like he should be." commented Nius walking toward the palace, followed by Oliver.

As he walked on this familiar road that was now blasted by the marks of war, he talked to himself, where only Oliver could listen.

"To think this place would get to such rubbles. This used to be the heart of the kingdom where all sorts of people gathered, from peasants to nobles. They would be here at the festivals hosted by the crown and show their bright side."

"It saddens me to see that everything I lived for turned now to rubles."

"Sir Galleot, I can only offer my condolences to the soldiers who died in the past and in the present under the suppression of the Dark Union and the nobles trying to dethrone the Vermilion House. I am just a pawn in all this play. Hmm, I should rephrase, I am just the knight on the chess table, nothing more." said Oliver, calmly offering his condolences to the people who died.

"Hah, it is all in the past. Do you mind telling me what happened to you that you joined those bastards?" asked Nius as they walked toward the palace.

Taking a while to respond, remaining quiet, Nius could feel that his aura was intensifying a bit and tried to take back his question, but Oliver settled his thoughts and told openly.

"Everything started in the Kingdom of Orleans of the New World. I was just a young farmer happily married to the love of my life, Jeanne, also coming from a modest family of peasants. We lived on the outskirts of the capital city, Pary, living our simple lives.

We were young at that time, me at 20 years old while her at only 17 years old. It was love at first sight. We were looking forward to our child... "

As Oliver said that, the aura around him increased, which had Nius tap on his shoulder, relieving a bit of his aura in the process.

"Can you continue?"

"I'll rather hold all the story for the prince to hear, so I don't have to repeat myself. Are you fine with this, sir Galleot?"

"I am fine. I can make guesses to what happened, but if you are fine opening up to us, you'll be met with the same sincerity by us."

"Understood."

Then as they were about to enter the palace, they saw a man with blood wings flying in the direction of the west gates. His appearance was a bit paled, but this didn't stop him from flying.

"Ohh, the brat is still kicking and moving. He really improved a lot since I last saw him. Understandable since he is a monster."

Oliver kept his quiet and followed Nius, who entered the castle, looking at the destroyed frescos and decorations, the cracked marble floor and statues.

"Sigh, I barely can recognize the palace lobby. Did they really have to fight here inside the pearl of this kingdom? The old heart of the kingdom, Wisdom Palace? Hah, wisdom, my ass. Just look at how the kingdom turned."

Nius began moving toward the staircase that was still intact, and with each step, he was taking, he only shook his head, disappointed by what the once glorious palace he remembered turned all to a sinister image of it.

The fragments of his memory assaulted him, seeing himself again with his short jet black hair and trimmed beard, walking side by side with what seemed to be Opheltius when he was younger.

"Big brother Nius, I am expecting a child. Margarette is pregnant with my child." said Opheltius with a beaming expression, barely containing his emotions, visible that even the king in his prime wearing the prestigious clothes of the Vermilion Kings had a happy life.

"Ohh, congratulations, Opheltius."

Nius could see himself only congratulating him a bit before he got his tasks for the army, needing to split up to the more rebellious noble territory to keep them in check.

.

Walking the stairs of the palace, reaching the first floor, another memory fragment returned to him, showing him a tragic image of Opheltius crying his eyes out, holding on to his younger self desperately, while wailing in sadness.

"Big brother, I think I will die soon."

"Wait, what's got into you, little brother? I just arrived back in Sagletius after hearing your child was due to be delivered? Did someone poison you?"

"Poison?! I wish I got poisoned instead! My Margarette!"

The old man could see his younger self show some emotions while figuring out what happened with Opheltius, asking the latter. "What is wrong with Margarette?"

"My Margarette died after delivering my child! Brother, I can't. It is too painful!"

"Your child is still alive?" asked Nius, grabbing hold of Opheltius and raising him up.

"I think, yes."

"You think?! Stop wailing, you idiot, let's see if your child is still alive and then start calming ourselves."

Yet Opheltius was still crying like a desperate person until Nius grabbed him by his clothes, raising him easily up, shouting to him. "YOU FOOLISH KING, YOU STILL GOT YOUR CHILD ALIVE! IT IS THE CONTINUATION OF MARGARETTE! LOOK AT YOU! ARE YOU THE RULER THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO LEAD ME? WAKE UP. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY IS BIGGER THAN WHAT YOU IMAGINE!"

"Hah, your old man, I start missing him a bit." ended, Nius saying quietly, not showing many emotions.

He could see himself standing around this floor, walking to a room on this floor, point that he did, entering followed by Oliver, who kept quiet but still feeling the mental changes the old man showed.

.

Then the image of the two younger selves could be seen right in his eyes entering inside the same room where there was a cradle bed for babies where some nannies were looking after a sleeping child.

Once seeing Opheltius, but especially Nius arriving and looking at them with cold eyes, they lowered their heads while greeting.

"Your Majesty, Lord Marshal! The Prince is in a healthy state from what the doctor has told us. However, the Queen, my condolences, Your Majesty. She is in the next room."

"Understood. You shall be the main nurse of this child. Let us see him first." said Nius in a despotic tone.

He moved, followed by Opheltius, who still cried a bit, but not in the disparate manner he initially did. Getting to the cradle bed, they could see a baby child who, when seeing Nius and Opheltius' faces, began laughing cutely at them.

Nius gave a warm smile and put his large finger to the baby to see if it would grab onto it. Something that the little baby did without failing, it even overtook Nius' expectations, holding with all his strength into his finger while laughing cutely.

"Heh, what a cute child. Come grab hold of your child Opheltius. Did you get a name for him? If so, you better say it to him."

Opheltius, with shaking hands, moved to take the child in his hands, and unlike normal babies that cried at all strangers, this little one looked with a bright smile at Opheltius and grabbed into his long black hair.

"He is my son. Mine and Margarette's son." said the king while tearing up before taking him closer to him, saying with a certain tone. "You shall be called Lucius, Vermilion Lucius."

.

Getting back from his memory fragments, he could still see the cradle bed lying in pieces on the floor.

With a long sigh, he said to himself. "This is where everything started."

Oliver just followed like a shadow, not bothering the old man, who entered the next room, that his old memory showed the vision of a beautiful blonde woman lying in bed in eternal sleep, while at her bed Opheltius was crying.

.

"Sigh, to think I was so harsh on him back then in those sad moments."

.

Then he moved toward the throne room in the second room where he could see many dead bodies gathered in a specific place drained of blood. Everything on this floor could be described as suffering from the worst earthquake but still standing bonded.

Finishing looking at the hallway, he then proceeded to enter inside the throne room where only the red throne chair remained inside along with the floor and the supporting beams of the second floor.

*Whistle* "They managed to destroy this throne room in such a fashion."

"Is there something surprising about this, old man?"

"Yes, this building stands for hundreds of years, never suffering from damage because it is made from some unknown stone material. If you attack it, you probably wouldn't even make a dent on the stones. You can try if you don't believe me."

Oliver chose to believe the old man, who walked to the throne room looking a bit before he walked down and took a seat on the floor.

"This Lacilet guy got obliterated. Not even a skeleton is left of him. I am really curious about what happened here. Was that Lacilet brat really that powerful?"

"Sir Galeot, Lacilet learned Haki from Lucius. He was the one who most likely killed him, disguising himself as one of the Dark Union assassins. Thinking that haki should be something secret, a hidden power. While idiotic in all my encounters with him, he seems to be having a power that revolves around decay and death. I had my spies look at him, and there were many occasions where he got angry and couldn't control his devil powers, killing people around him, like some nobles not too long."

"I see, there is a problem then, that devil fruit should already be reincarnating in the world."

"Indeed. So they say the fruits work, once the user dies, they reincarnate in the world giving a chance, or an accurate word, cursing them to wield those powers." commented Oliver after taking a seat on the marble floor.

.

Meanwhile, as those two seemed to wait for Vlad, the one in question rushed to take Sofiya out of the armoury building where she collapsed.

With a swift manner, he ignored the soldiers who were shouting victoriously when seeing him pass by, flying, and kept his path straight.

In only some minutes, he got to the building Sofya was and descended to the base floor like a diving eagle.

.

Inside the building, the kids were out of the cages gathering around Tomas, asking him all sorts of questions in a quiet fashion, leaving Sofiya, who was sleeping, to rest. The same could be added in Aerius' part.

However, when feeling a strong wind coming from above them, they saw the man with white hair descend, while on his back were a pair of large crimson wings.

"Big brother, this person looks like a baddy!" cried out a child next to Tomas, who hid behind him.

"Everyone, calm down. He is my teacher and mentor. Also, is the person I've been telling you about, the prince."

"This mister is the prince of the story? But he doesn't look like him. He looks very cold and dangerous."

"Shh, he arrived." said another child, with a shushing sound that made every kid, except for the older ones to cower next to Tomas.

Vlad, who noticed everyone before he even arrived here, landed straight on his feet, tucking his wings on his back. Gazing with his crimson eyes at everyone in this room, seeing that it was only children, he moved toward Tomas, which had all the kids around him tremble in fear.

Tomas just patted their heads and bowed his head at Vlad, greeting him.

"Master, I am glad to see you are alright."

Getting to Tomas while warmly touching some kids' heads, he arrived in front of him and his cold, almost pale face shifted a friendly smile. Moving his hand toward Tomas, he ruffled his hair, saying to him. (A/N Deep stare meme, for Vlad)

"You made me proud little Tomas. For only a little child I took under my wing three years ago, you grew nicely and managed to hold unto your destiny. I shall hear the full details of your encounter after everything is solved logistically."

As he said that, he used his blood powers to bind the broken ribs of Tomas, who instantly felt much better when standing in front of Vlad.

He then asked with a lowered head.

"Master, about these kids. What should we do with them?"

Looking at the gathering of children and the cages surrounding this room, he quickly figured out the backstory and asked Tomas calmly. "Orphans?"

"Some, while others it is unknown."

"Sigh, this shattered country needs a lot of patience to be rebuild from scratch. I will put you in charge of this problem. Select those who are sure orphans and guide them to the Orphanage, while those with uncertainties, talk with Bolt who should be around the Royal District, and have him help you with finding their parents, let them reunite with them."

Nodding his head at Vlad, he saw him move toward Sofiya.

Vlad, who approached her softly, could see that she was sleeping with a frowned expression on her face. Unlike what he remembered her with the milky white hair, she now still held the crimson-coloured hair of the transformation she suffered when using his [Progenitor Blood].

Getting closer to her, he caressed her head gently while saying warmly to her.

"My muse, the path you choose will be hard on you. Yet you still fought alongside my men and supported me with everything you got."

Getting on his knees while being closer to her face, he caressed her crimson hair and delicate face, and in the process also used his blood powers to take off the remains of blood energy he handed her, but as he was doing that, he found that her body bounded his blood powers perfectly, changing her body in the process.

'Khrone, what is the meaning of this? What happened to my Sofiya?'

*** Master, sincerely, I have no clue. The Mistress gives off signs of life. I have no jurisdiction and power to check her body, like how I have administrative powers over your blood system. ***

'Then what is this? A mutation of my powers?'

*** I don't know, but it could be that one. Lord, the power of your blood is something normal humans can't even comprehend or hold. Your body from 3 years ago slowly adapted to these constant changes coming from the enriched blood, however the Mistress? She used the [Enhancement] aspect of your blood, and probably she also absorbed your power in the process. ***

Frowning a bit, he used his blood powers to check on Sofiya, and after one minute, he couldn't find anything wrong with her organs or blood system. Her heart was beating steadily at normal parameters.

Taking her in her arms, he gazed at Aerius, who was snoring soundly, and turning to look at the young girl with crimson hair close to Tomas, he said calmly.

"You, the little girl with red hair, go pick that snoring cat. The rest start gathering. "

Still not trusting Vlad that much, the little kids looked at Tomas, who only nodded gently at them. The young girl, Ella, listened to Vlad and moved from the group to pick up Aerius from where he was sleeping on a wooden bucket.

Once she got to him and picked him up, she little gryphon, who was like a cat, tucked closer to the young girl and started giving off some sounds of purring.

'Is this animal a cat or an eagle? I have never seen such a thing even in my father's books.'

After she got back to the group, Vlad nodded and raised his hand in the air, where blood began to be released and formed a staircase leading out of the basement.

"Little kids, help one another and stick together. When you see someone getting tired by climbing the stairs, help. This is the strongest bond for you little citizens of Atlas, to help each other and always being proud of where you come from."

As he said that, he was first to climb the stairs of the blood staircase, and he began looking down at the kids who timidly began climbing.

With a fatherly calm, he waited for everyone to climb, and in the process, also spotted some interesting kids who showcased leadership gifts, and when they rose in 15 minutes, he pointed out the kids he spotted.

"Child, when you get to your home or new home, follow your studies at Sol's University and after that try to apply for Black Army enrollment."

Those kids he selected in his mind also showed discipline and humbleness, responding with only a tacit agreement, still hoping to return home and see their parents.

.

Leaving the guiding work to Tomas, he moved toward the palace with Sofiya in his hands, this time, he chose to walk.

In doing so, he also passed past the soldiers looking at them binding the surrendering knights and guards. He looked for how they were treating them in the process and was satisfied to see that they followed the protocols he taught them.

"Don't put up resistance. You will only make it worse, adding to your judgment process." said one soldier moving to bind the hands of a knight, who looked to be displeased by how the soldiers treated them.

"Hah, judgment? You will probably just execute me." remarked the knight, who let the soldier bind his hands and feet.

Vlad, who passed by, took notice of this comment and started pondering what he should do with the prisoners of war.

'I need to summon the council again, so I hear their opinions on the prisoners' situation. I can't just send everyone to the mines and other labour camps. Others might have better aptitudes in certain domains.'

.

Swiftly he got to the palace, and while entering inside, he instantly sensed the haki's of the two guys along with someone that looked closely to Wincester. he passed by when moving to get Sofiya

'Who is the other person?'

Thinking that he climbed the still intact staircase and once on the first floor, he slowly walked to the first room that got in his sight, which had a cradle bed destroyed by his fight with Lacilet. While on another corner, there seemed to be the fragments of a bed with an intact mattress.

'This is perfect.'

Slowly his blood began spreading out in the room, moving for the wood fragments of the bed that he started connecting like puzzle pieces, creating the frame of the bed, which he later placed on the mattress.

Finishing the reconstruction of a bed using his blood powers that bound the wooden fragments, he moved to place Sofiya gently on the bed and watched her with a warm gaze.

Caressing her face a bit, as he was about to exit the room, he created a wolf with his blood, implanting in this blood construct a small part of Khrone, to watch over Sofiya.

.

Once outside of the room, he moved toward the throne room and increased his spirit when he was about to enter the room.

There he was met by old Nius and Oliver, someone he still had to meet in person, who was standing on the floor, seeming to wait for him.

"Have you finally solved all your problems, lad? Come join us, let me introduce you to …. Lad, what was your name?" asked Nius, not knowing Oliver's full name.

Nius got on his feet and said while bowing to Vlad.

"Prince Vermilion, I am called Cranfon Oliver. You might know me as the leader of the Dark Union inside your kingdom." saying that, Oliver prepared to be confronted by a strong haki wave, but instead, Vlad just snorted and moved to sit close to the old man, not bothering himself to seat on the throne.

"Hah, you expected me to lash at you? Calm down. I am not in a fighting shape right now. So, let me guess, the old man convinced you to change sides? This means you didn't kill the old guards?"

"I had no reason to attack the weak. I just did the part of my job that the Dark Union assigned me."

"I see. Then let me get direct with you. What is your target, and what do you wish to achieve?"

Oliver looked at Nius, who just shrugged, meaning to start opening up, then moved his gaze at Vlad's crimson eyes.

"Then, prince, I will start telling my story, and you will understand who my target is."

"Go on, I have all the time in the world right now."

Oliver took a deep breath and started recalling the story he told Nius, about him being a simple farmer living a decent life with his wife, something he narrated quickly so he would no longer have to remember those bitter-sweet moments of his life.

We were looking forward to our child until we went out in the market to look for a cradle bed for our waiting child. On that cursed day, a supposed world noble coming from the House of Valois took notice of my wife and without me comprehending what happened, they kidnapped her for that cursed celestial. I tried to resist their attempt, but what could a weak peasant man do against those world agents? I barely escaped with my life intact and almost lost my vision in the process."

"On that day, my despair started, followed by my anguish of trying to find my wife. Days passed with me living in agony of not knowing what happened with my wife, and the moment a part of me died, about 4 months since that incident. I woke up finding a large box outside my door, reeking of death."

Oliver stopped suddenly while the aura around him intensified so much that it made Vlad look surprised at this person in front of him. Nius, too, released a deep breath as if knowing what was coming next.

"STOP. Stop if it is too hard." reminded Vlad with a serious voice.

"No. I will tell you so you know how serious I am about ending the Celestials. Opening that box, I found my wife's body in pieces with her head and the head of a small baby being fronted out. The feeling of despair morphed into rage, such rage that I wished I could destroy the entire Kingdom of Orleans for what happened to my wife."

"Giving them a burial, after bleeding my soul out, I started my journey by looking for power. It was when I started looking for organizations, searching for pirates who were looking for crewmembers, that I stumbled upon the man who would be my "so-called" master.

Listen well, Prince Vermilion, this person who I am about to reveal, is the Grandmaster of Dark Union, Aphodos, a sinister man that lacks even the smallest part of humanity. His appearance was the same as his personality, sinister, void of emotions, black horns similar to the demons in folklore, with a pale white face, golden irises with black sclera and with a tall body. His body was still young, similar to someone in his early twenties."

Vlad gazed deeply at Oliver, and using his blood powers, he showed an image of the person he saw in the memory fragments of his child self.

The man was wearing a black robe with sewed golden treads, and about the same as what Oliver described.

"This is the so-called Grandmaster, correct?"

"Impossible. How could you have ever met him? In the South Blue?"

"Unimportant, tell me, do you know anything about a woman called Maria?"

As he said that, he showed him a sculpture in the blood that had the appearance of his mother, Maria.

Oliver paused, looking at Maria's sculpture and then turned to look at Vlad, saying to him. "She resembles a picture the grandmaster was looking at one time. However, whenever he would do that, he would start laughing madly."

The puzzle pieces seemed to connect for Vlad, but he still had many large gaps he had to fill in this obscure story of how he came to be. Waving his hand, all the blood he used to make those sculptures withdraw back to his body.

"You spent 18 years here at his orders? This makes me believe he works for the World Government and knows about your target. He doesn't want to disturb the order and sent you here with some mission."

"This is also my deduction. For this, I stopped waiting until I would die of old age and coordinate myself with you."

"Ohh me? But I don't have any problems with the World Nobles, at least not yet. Why should I antagonize them when my country isn't even running as smoothly as I envision?"

"But you will fight them at one point, right?"

"That is if they get in my way, which is most likely. I can help you kill those World Nobles, but you still have to wait for the right time."

"I could wait 18 years. Do you think I mind waiting for a bit more?" remarked Oliver coldly, at which Vlad began laughing out loud, turning his head at Nius.

"Old man, I like this guy! I like crazy people! You know what, Oliver, you have my full support. However, you will need to contribute your services to me. Assassinations, spies, underworld information and many other things hidden from the eyes of the upper world, so to speak. Can you do it?"

"As long as I achieve my target, I don't see the problem."

"Then let me start asking you something related to the underworld. Do you know who this Joker person is, his real identity?"

Nius frowned when Vlad mentioned that person, yet Oliver's expression remained the same, calm and collected. Pondering a bit, he shook his head, replying.

"I can tell you this about this person. He is a VIP of the Underworld who deals with premium drugs and has a large supply of weapons that he sells to warring countries worldwide. If I am not mistaken, this name started appearing in the North Blue and West Blue circles of the underworld."

"Hmm, what were they called in that region? The Mafias?"

"Your source is correct, Prince Vermilion."

"Okay, another question, and I will let you go. Do you know about the woman, Nico Robin?"

Oliver nodded his head calmly. "I know you would ask for her location, and from what my spies told me, she was last seen in the Kingdom of Siciliny, Siciliana City, the territory of the Colombo Family."

"So there hides the mysterious flower. What are the neighbouring locations of that West Blue kingdom?"

"Republic of Genovase, Republic of Fiorenze, Republic of Sienez, Republic of Anconna. The list is extensive since there are many city-states in the West Blue."

"Plenty. I need to send my men on journeys to look for her." said Vlad, while thinking ahead, guessing where Robin's following location would be.

.

.

Meanwhile, at the port of a big city that had elegant buildings seen from a distance, a tall woman about 1,88 meters, who seemed to be around 21-22 years old, with a tall and white slender body with shoulder-length hair wearing a pair of glasses exited from one of the merchant ships docked at the port while she was wearing common clothes with a renaissance style.

From inside the ship, an old man that seemed to be the captain with many other sailors waved at her with infatuated expressions, saying some encouraging words.

"Miss Rose, we hope you have success in finding some jobs in Fiorenze! Your singing and dancing are unmatched."

Turning her head at them and gazing with her brown eyes, she gave them a gentle smile while saying.

"Thank you for the pleasant journey, everyone. If you hear my name in some spectacles in the city, be sure to attend them."

After that, holding her backpack, she began moving toward the city while pondering her next move.

'I arrived successfully in the city. There are also no filters where you are searched for your belongings. I should find a quiet place to stay and look for some jobs at some theatres or opera houses.'

'There is a chance they arrive here, but it is smaller compared to the other locations they have to search first. I am safe here for about one year.'

A/N:  With this chapter (2x chap), I shall hit the nail for Volume 2 and can only hope you were satisfied by how the story played out so far with the two volumes (books).

I ended this chapter with the opening for Volume 3, in which we will see Robin's Adventures and many other characters appearing in the story.
