Good day, dear readers that are still paying attention to this novel despite the sheer length of now from the last time I updated.

It is I, the author or writer, whatever is most appropriate has returned to at least bring some semblance of closure. My guilt is killing me each time I get invested into reading my own novel, in spite of all the grammar mistakes, the abomination of a sentence here and there, and the generally horrible format that my storytelling presents.

And realizing that I could never continue it, due to how much I see it as trash in both presentation and development, especially with my desire to create something at least decent enough that I don’t kill myself from sheer embarrassment of people reading it.

Of course, I have tried and is still trying to, if not to continue the novel, at the very least modify its storyline enough that the next work I create is a form of sequel to it. Including the other characters of my other works too. Heck, even the Heartless King of Life is supposed to have a reference to the Origins: A Light Reborn as I planned for its MC to be the 3rd Eternal Lord of Prime Reality, the Heavenly Judge of Light. Ya know, all that cultivation endgame jazz where the fart of the MC can kill a world.

I also thought of a prequel since guilt drives me to not completely abandon my former works. It is supposed to be a story about how the System was created by a psychotic god that wanted her world to reach paradise. While not originally her plan, the Infinite Earth was nonetheless created where universes are forcefully guided to create an Earth, a copy of the original world that was used to create the system. Only the universes that are planned to be eaten by the Prime Reality that the System manages are the ones that creates an Earth.

That would have also made it possible to somehow fit both the Heartless King of Life and The Origins: A Light Reborn into the same story.

Anyways, here’s what I planned for the Heartless King of Life storyline over the year, at least in the occasional days where the guilt and the desire to create something urges me to tackle this thing.

The Heartless King of Life is actually an Odyssey where everyone within the nation that Mikael Amorous would establish die by technically his own hands including part of himself.

Conquering a massive part of the new planet and reaching a level where only gods are above it didn’t really matter when 2 God-level figures was prepared to suffer the consequences just to destroy him. For reasons and stuff.

By this time, Mikael Amorous would be split into his Emotional Self and the King of Life self since there are issues maintaining humanity when you are practically an eldritch god of wood and red. The emotional self would die alongside his entire empire in a spell that burned themselves to kill the 2 gods, which in turn would completely destroy the main stalk leaving behind only a trunk and the larger branches of the root system.

Mikael Amorous actually was developing a revival project to preserve himself in an apocalyptic scenario, because of course he would, but it was incomplete and only revived the King of Life-esque self. That’s why it is heartless, figuratively losing a heart.

So a lot of stuff happened that involved the Source Realm(The foundational energy of the new planet), the Universal Void Tendrils(The foundational energy of the Void-Sections of Prime Reality), that resulted in the creation of the Yggdrasil Region.

A region of chaotic space, filled with pocket realms connected to the intricate network of the mystic roots of the revived Heartless King of Life. The corpses of the 2 gods would turn into 2 Major realms within this system, while the trunk would become where the Tower of Ascension(Basically humanity’s center of government) would be built. The Yggdrasil region would also become the bastion of humanity when the new planet is opened to the Cosmic Paths.

The plot development after his technical death was supposed to be in a sequel about an earth 1000 years after the assimilation in a typical journey to greatness and shit(I have not thought about what it should be).

Sigh, finally this was a weight in my heart. I cannot work on another novel without thinking about this topic and feeling like a piece of crap. For those that might ask, I am totally fine. My absence was simply because my studies caught up to me, and I have never had the time nor a real motivation to return working on this novel.

Apologies to all those I have disappointed. You may create a better ending in your mind.
