Hey everyone.
I just wanted to let people here know that I have started working on a second series called The Knightly Elven… Spider? which is available on RR/SH/WN.
I'm using this at the moment to gather some more inspiration for Elania and be able to work on separate projects as one story can get a bit exhausting for the mind, to put it lightly.
That does not mean by any means that I'll stop writing on Elania. In fact, I'm now 22 chapters ahead on Patreon, but it does mean I'm delayed a bit when it comes to rewriting earlier parts of the story. I kind of want to wrap that up and get some more advanced chapters before I continue publishing Elania as I do not wait to take breaks mid-arc.
For those interested in this new series, it will have many of the same themes as Elania but I'm trying my hands on litRPG. There will still be GL,Fluff and character strength progression, perhaps even more than with my first story.
I would suggest everyone who read this far to check it out and see if they like it :)

@The_Enderwolf There is a distinct lack of fluffy GL spider girl stories and I intend to fill that gap!
@Faragi I did not realize the gap, but thank you for filling it! I adore this series so I’m hopeful for the second one! And hey, here
@Pharaun666 cookies YUM
@Faragi but I know a GL story that has spiders~~ A Reincarnated Demon's Life of Wonder, and can be found on ScribbleHub. Garami and Mira are perfect together~~
@Faragi Now if only you could do it for snek girls, too... There's none of those that are fluffy lesbian stories...
I'm beaming ideas into your brain, take them and write them someday! The brain magic compels you!
@MaskedCritic Isn’t there the lesbian demon lord and I didn’t ask to be demon queen. There are two snake girls in them who are in a wlw relationship.
@Pharaun666 You know, that is a fair point, I had completely forgotten about those two. I don't recall that from I Didn't Ask to Be Demon Queen, but then I got distracted by other things mid-way through reading and never got back to finishing it. As for The Lesbian Demon Lord Conquers the World!, I keep meaning to read more of it but the smut scene at the start of it really weirded me out so I keep putting it off.
Others that are just as rare as spider-girls: Kitsune and Succubae that are well-written and not bisexual, and don't have d*cks on 90% of the women.
Confuses the sh*t out of my tiny little NB brain when I see the latter in stories written by lesbians. I know I should be more open-minded, for the sake of pre-op and no-op trans women if nothing else, but male genitalia and male gender are so very conditioned in my brain as being inexorably linked, so it's a work in progress.
...Really, lesbian monster girls in general are just rare as hell.
@MaskedCritic I would say what is really lacking is actually monstrous characters. Normally it is just humans with bits tacked on, or they gain a fully human form. The whole exploring a strange new body was actually one of the more interesting elements of Elania's story.
@SuperBort I hate human form evolutions or whatever they are. It just makes the premise fall away instantly. there are many stories that suffer from this.
@SuperBort @Faragi
The wholly human form thing is a matter of psychology. We're humans. We all find it easier to connect with humans than with non-humans. Depending on how big the differences are, people can get extremely weirded out. Add on that these sorts of "evolution to human" stories are about reincarnated humans (or elves, or other humanoids), and it's an impassable mental barrier for many people to imagine somebody deciding "nah, I'm just gonna stay as an ugly, scary monster."
I actually prefer the stories where they're mostly-human. Torso and head have to be human, appendages, eyes, and ears can change, but anything past that and it starts getting weird, and eventually creepy. Especially if there's a romance involved.
