After your turn, your opponent will counter-attack.

Your opponent will do this regardless of whether you choose to attack them, heal yourself, or pass by doing nothing.

 

System 67:

The second option, 'Use Life Saving Pill' heals your health points (HP) to the character's maximum default HP.
You'll lose one pill after using it.

 

System 67:

The third option, 'Do nothing', is basically a pass. Remember, your enemy will still attack even if you don't attack them.

Lastly, there's 'Call for help'.
Selecting this option means you'll throw the battle and forfeit your victory.
