Both Blair and Alexis had thought they had won, and stopped Rakki. However, when the dust settled they noticed his Duel Disk still active, ready to fight, along with two of his trap cards, now revealed. Rakki was panting and shook his head as he stared off at the ground. Both girls followed his gaze to see that there was a red die landed on 6 pips. “I activated Skull dice on your Queen of Oblivion's attack, reducing her damage to 450 when the attack happened.” He chuckled while standing back up, a smile of condolences on his face. “I would have survived with just my Aegis of Gaia, granting me 3000 life points as long as it remains on the field, but you forced my bit of luck out of me with that small spirit…” He sighed, squinting at his low amount of life points.

2,350 Rakki ---- 7,800 Blair ---- 5,900 Alexis

“I’m on borrowed time now…” He muttered, just as Alexis clicked her tongue. “Just give up!” She yelled, becoming more angry at him as time went by. “It’s enough! We both clearly don’t want this ‘solution’!” Alexis continued, glancing at Blair, nodding fervently. “I don’t want you to go, Rakki!” Blair yelled, clutching the last cards in her hand. “You’re not fixing anything by running away from us!” “You’re just acting like a coward!” She continued, Alexis backing her up. Rakki just slowly shook his head in response. “Really? Can we really figure something out between the three of us? Because I know I’m a selfish jackass that hurts others without even trying. You both want to be close to that?”

Alexis frowned and glanced at Blair, Blair doing the same. They continued to stare at one another, judging one another. “You were both at each other’s throats, just a few minutes ago. Each for valid reasons. Over a selfish piece of shit that’s into two girls at once. I won’t be able to just give up one of you, it doesn’t work like that. I can’t just turn off my attraction to one of you. If it isn’t gonna work with all three of us, then I’m fine just being with the guys.”

Alexis blushed, thinking of Rakki’s last statement. “I- I didn’t think you swung that way.” “I don’t!” Rakki quickly yelled back, rubbing his temple, perturbed that was what she was stuck on, mumbling under his breath. “Finally fucking admit it for the first time… All she can hear…” After a little sigh, Rakki's scowling deepened. “Just finish your turn, and I’ll end this for all of us!”

Alexis got serious again, squinting between Blair and Rakki. She at first liked Blair, because she first thought Blair was a boy that she wouldn’t have to worry about, but that soon turned sour. Blair was someone that was ahead of her with Rakki, so much further ahead. Crashing every moment that Alexis had together with Rakki, making Alexis feel like a third wheel. There were only a few moments that she had alone with Rakki since Blair came, and most still had Blair around, just sleeping. As long as Blair was around, Alexis knew she would never truly have all of him. ‘Could I live with that?’ She pondered while staring intently at Blair, the girl who was already okay with only having a piece of Rakki to herself along with the spirits, and Rakki’s constant flirting with her. ‘He really is a selfish jerk!’

Finally Alexis placed down her last card, another continuous spell. “I activate, Incarnated Machine Angel!” The blue card appeared on the field, but nothing changed, and she refused to describe it to Rakki. “I end my turn.”

2,350 Rakki ---- 8,300 Blair ---- 5,900 Alexis

Rakki nodded, before drawing his card, and glanced at Alexis’ Cyber Angel Natasha. When he did, the Cyber Angel’s rose tattoo lit, and soon she trotted back over to his side of the field. He glanced at his cards, and sighed with a nod. “Alright… First! I use the spell, Contract with the Dark Master!” The clouds began to darken, the light fading away, the winds howled as Rakki began to sacrifice monsters for his cause. “I sacrifice my Baby Dragon, with your Cyber Angel Natasha, in order to bring forth the master of Darkness, Zorc!” The pentagram of blood turned to shadow, and soon a blackened being of Zorc slowly appeared from the portal of shadow.

Blair watched in slight terror of the power Rakki was using to push her away again. She didn’t want to be away from him again, not after she just got him to accept her, but she bit her lip, and stood her ground, refusing to shy away from adversity in her love. He said that he was doing this to stop both her and Alexis from heartache and pain of trying to share him. She could only laugh at his stupid thoughts. She was already in plenty of pain just watching him trying to turn her away.

No, she already accepted him with the spirits, she only lost her cool from Alexis crying about not having enough of him, when Blair herself sometimes felt the same way. It wasn’t always easy, but just being beside him, feeling him watching over her, caring for her, loving her. It made it worth it. Her dreamy thoughts were then shot down when Rakki began ordering his move. “Zorc! Activate the effect!”

Everyone watched in bated breath as Zorc silently nodded, while producing a bone chilling die in his hand. The giant black die looked composed of human flesh, and the single dot at the top, blinked its eye open just as Zorc tumbled it onto the ground. It bounced and tumbled a few times, almost in slow motion as everyone held their hands in tight fists waiting for the results. Finally the result showcased the six. “Fuck you luck…” Rakki swore under his breath as burning green fire burst onto his field, Zorc slowly descending back down into the abyss, holding a thumb up to both girls, seemingly assisting them on their side. Blair couldn’t help but smile.

However, it was short lived. “I activate my quick-play spell! Deal with Dark Ruler!” Just as Rakki announced it, a sudden filthy green appeared from a purple flame burning in mid-air. Rakki bit his lip, before grasping at the decrepit green hand, and shaking it a few times. The moment he did, his deck burned in purple fire, before a high pitched cry of a dragon emerged alongside a card from the center of his deck. He grasped at it, before slapping it down on his Duel Disk. The black dragon was more decrepit than the green hand Rakki shook to acquire the mortifying beast. A once proud being, had lost all its trace of former glory, only bone and sinew remained, along with a burning hatred for everything and everyone in existence.

“I hope you both can live through this…” He muttered, clearly not really wanting to do this either, but following through with his twisted belief. “Go fucking wild!” He ordered, Berserk Dragon screeching what was left of its lungs out as it began indiscriminately attacking every monster. “He can attack all monsters you control once each!” He yelled, destroying Blair’s monster with ease, and taking a large chunk from her life points as well. It then began to blow out a purple fire onto Alexis’ side of the field, but to Rakki’s surprise, only her Queen of Oblivion was destroyed.

2,350 Rakki ---- 6,500 Blair ---- 4,700 Alexis

“Thanks to my continuous spell, my Cyber Angel’s can’t die from battle, and Freya can’t be attacked while another fairy is on the field.” Alexis smirked, with a sigh, shaking her head. “You can’t make me give up on you that easily.” She couldn’t help but chuckle at Rakki’s frown growing deeper, hiding his lips trembling, trying to move themselves up as he forced them back down with his hand. “I set two cards, and end my turn.” He shook his head, not bothering to retort her right now. His berserk Dragon waning in strength.

“I Draw!” Blair yelled, focusing hard on trying to find the right cards to beat Rakki, however the one she just drew seemed to be the nail in his coffin. She smirked at Alexis with a nod, silently thanking her for holding Rakki down in the Duel, seeing how hard she worked when she finally got out of her own way. “I activate the quick-play spell, Mystical Space Typhoon! Destroying your Aegis of Gaia!” Blair knew that the card would take away Rakki’s life points, ending the Duel in one fell swoop with this card.

A storm brewed, and headed straight for the upturned trap card on the field. The card instantly shattered, and Blair watched as the shielded Rakki groaned as his Duel Disk began to shake at his losing life points. “Damnit, I wanted to save it for next turn…” He muttered, causing Blair to falter in confusion. However a sudden blue spinning ring appeared in front of him, the crashing blue aura of the shattered Aegis was blown away, not touching Rakki’s life points. “Quick-play spell, Ring of Defense. Stopping the damage from my broken Aegis.” He explained as the ring slowed to a crawl, before disappearing.

2,350 Rakki ---- 7,800 Blair ---- 4,700 Alexis

Blair bit her lip, her hands shaking, she was so close, but Rakki refused to give an inch. “Just because Alexis and I don’t always get along, doesn’t mean that we can’t work things out! I’m already sorry for saying that she’s done nothing. I know that’s not true… I’m also sorry for never letting you have a moment to yourselves.” She finished apologizing to Alexis herself, Alexis faltering at Blair’s sudden apology. Prompting Alexis to get something from her chest. “You were right, I haven’t done much to say how I truly felt. I was just jealous that you were already so far along, and how close you always could be. I'm sorry too.”

Blair nodded with a smile, accepting Alexis’ apology, and feeling comforted that Alexis didn’t hold it against her for not leaving Rakki alone with her for even a moment. Blair then focused back on the Duel, ready to finally bring back her man, even with force if she had to. “I’ll activate my Arcane Barrier, using both of its counters to draw two more cards!” Her life points went up again as her spell was finally completed, but she hardly paid it any mind. “I’ll first use my own Cost Down spell, to lower the levels of my monsters in my hand, allowing me to now summon without a sacrifice, Dark Magician Girl!” Dark Magician Girl appeared onto the field, smiling and winking at Blair, ready to destroy any of Rakki’s fiends.

“Next I’ll equip her with Magic Formula! Granting her 700 more attack!” A book appeared in front of Dark Magician Girl, and she quickly held it in her hand as her attack points shot up, but Blair wasn’t finished. “Then I’ll also equip her with Mage Power, granting her 500 attack and defense for every spell and trap card I have on my field! Raising her attack further to beat out even your Berserk Dragon!” A cauldron appeared behind the hovering Dark Magician Girl, she took a deep breath, and exhaled like she was smelling a scented candle.

“I told you. I won't let things end like this!” Blair yelled, just as Dark Magician Girl waved her wand, swinging it down to the zombified dragon disintegrating it with a burst of dark energy. Rakki groaned, shaking his head, but Blair knew him well enough to know that he was just acting unhappy. He was never good at showing his affection, or any positive emotion for that matter, so Blair had to learn the little things. She watched as Rakki scratched the back of his head, while keeping his gaze away from anyone, his telltale way of showcasing his happiness.

1,150 Rakki ---- 9,800 Blair ---- 4,700 Alexis

“Don’t think that we need to be protected. It’s our decision who we want to be with… Alexis?” Blair finished, turning to Alexis, who nodded while drawing her card for turn. “I’m ending this stupid game right now! Dakini, attack him directly!” With one quick swipe of the sword, Rakki’s life points had been drained, and at that point, neither girl cared who won after that, both surrendering, they finished the Duel to hit Rakki.
