Gu Yan woke up from the lack of air as Eli was roughly kissing him with strength and invading his mouth with his tongue.

"Nn.. ah...mn- Qiuqiu!" hearing Gu Yan's voice, Eli did not stop and savored his lips before letting go.

His eyes were dark with lust and desire to overwhelm him. If Gu Yan look closely, there was a hint of fear in his eyes. It was close, too damn close and they would've lost each other.

Gu Yan felt tears soaking his neck. This was good. He decided right. If he up and left him like that, then Eli would have suffered, left in distraught of his death.

Both were still in each other's arms to make sure of each others warmth. That they were alive, that they could overcome their fears, to reassure and heal their wounded hearts.

Gu Yan teared up and tightly gripped Eli's neck.

They took their time. The entire day, to calm themselves down and overcome this nightmare.

Eli heavily breathed out and stood taking Gu Yan in his arms.

"Eli?" he asked.

Eli kissed his forehead and walked out of the room. He gave the corpses a long lasting glare before leaving the house.

"There's something I need to finish." he smiled with a savage look on his face.

This little brother of his, didnt need to be kept.

He should've finished him before he became a threat.

"You're coming with me." He stated not allowing Gu Yan to refuse.

"Mmn." Gu Yan smiled in agreement brushing his hand on Eli's face imprinting this face deep within his heart.

It didnt take long before Eli gathered his battalion and launch a direct frontal attack against his little brother, Prince Ivy.

He didnt have the patience to strategize and simply used the most direct, savage and reckless way to overwhelm the enemy forces.

Surprisingly they suffered no big losses and continuously sustained the upperhand. Gu Yan was their to witness everything. Ships burning down and blowing up, the enemy's desprate move of attack and rescue. It was chaos, however only by being in Eli's side would make them feel at ease.

This raw battle of might became a huge advantage in for Eli's succession for the throne and soon after the death of Prince Ivy, Eli was then crowned as Emperor of the Empire.

By the time that Gu Yan's residency had been finalized, they married and naturally Gu Yan became entitled as the Empire's Empress.

At first he wondered how nobody raised a complaint but through Evan, he heard that the Heidis race have a low number of females making it agreeable for males to marry. They also have a way to make it possible for males to give birth.

Half a year after the Imperial matters have stabilized, the two spent their days outside the imperial palace to look immerse themselves in the sceneries.

Eli finished his shower and sat beside Gu Yan who was reading a book.

Eli took it away and lovingly gazed at Gu Yan's eyes. He grasped his hand in his and kissed it from the palm to Gu Yan's long fingers. He felt heated and sticked his tongue to lick in-between the space of his fingers and savor each of them.

Before he loses it, Eli took out something from the drawer. It was a round pill, the size of a fingers with and he rested it on Gu Yan's palm.

"Can you guess what this is?" he asked.

Gu Yan couldn't and could only look at Eli for an answer.

"Its a pill for having children."

Gu Yan's eyes widened in surprise and brought his other hand to hold it.

"Through a blood sample, we were able to determine that after slight alterations it is also suitabe for you." he added with breaking away from Gu Yan's bewildered stare.

"If you dont want to its fine, i dont want to force you however i dont wish to hide this from you."

Gu Yan was still stuck into speechlessness and dumbly look at Eli.

"Ah Yan." He lovingly called out his name. "If you also desire, would you please bear this child with me?" He smiled full of love and brushed his palm on Gu Yan's face.

Gu Yan returned to his senses and drew closer to Eli's lips for a tender kiss. He agreed, how can he not? He was too happy that he could not find the right words and could only act on it.

Eli responded back and didnt need to hear it through words.

The kiss was long as the two tangled their tongues to respond the other. It was hard to break away from their touch and neither wanted to but Eli still have words to tell him.

"When you take it, you'll feel uncomfortable for a while as the womb forms itself." Due to the kiss, Eli was currently towering Gu Yan with his body.

"When the womb finishes forming itself i will know.... but i need to warn you." Eli reached for Gu Yan's bracelet and took it off.

Gu Yan's delicious scent came wafting through Eli's nose making him half harden and the bulge in his pants couldn't restrain itself.

"This scent... will be a lot stronger and ill lose myself." He nestled his nose on Gu Yan's nape and immersed himself. "Do you still want to?" Eli's eyes dimmed in desire looking drunk intoxicated from Gu Yan's smell.

Without further words, Gu Yan took the pill in his hand and took it into his mouth startling Eli a bit.

In a matter of minutes, Gu Yan could feel something forming in his stomach, shifting his insides making him want to puke. Eli held him in his arms to comfort him but Gu Yan couldn't endure it and let out muffled sounds in discomfort.

"ugh." Gu Yan voiced out in relief and the arms around him tightened. The body behind him was quivering and he could feel Eli's member hard and stiff behind him.

"Ahn! ahh!ah!" Gu Yan voiced out as he came unable to endure the pleasure. Eli looked at the aftermath that was on his stomach. He soaked his hand with it and touched his member. After he made sure that three of his fingers had fit, Eli couldn't wait and thrusted it in.

The Empire didn't wait long before hearing news of the Empress' pregnancy. Not only that, by the time Gu Yan gave birth, he and Eli were blessed with twin boys.

The older brother was named Emery

6 years passed and the Empire continued to flourish.

Gu Yan was leaning on a tree watching the children play and run around the imperial gardens.

"Emery thats unfair! I had my eyes on that grasshopper!" Emris complained glaring at his older twin.

"You were taking too much time what if it went away?" Emery retorted back.

"Chengcheng! Changchang! dont argue." he said loudly.

Gu Yan could only smile and lightly laugh as they continue to bicker.

He felt a hand wrap around his waist making him turn to his side.

"Are you finished?" he asked Eli.

Eli smiled and kissed his forehead in reply like he always do rather than words.

"Dad!" the twins chimed and they ran to their direction.

Eli took them both in his arms and raised them high.

Hearing their laughs, Gu Yan's heart warmed and he approached Eli's back hugging his waist.

"I'm glad im alive..." he mumbled. He didn't forget the system's words warning him how there's a chance they'll meet again in the next world but without its help, they might miss each other.

Eli put the children down and hugged him back. "Dont worry. The next life, I'll live it with you."

It was with these words that the weight in his shoulders disappeared.

He kissed his lips and smiled.

"I know, in the next life you'll be with me."
