“An extramarital affair? HeHe. Gu Wei Yi, you really are the better person!” Lu Yuan Heng reached out to touch her chin and pinched it. Gu Wei Yi hissed as she felt the pain. She angrily sighed. He really is not a nice person. Instead, he is devious and ill-tempered; like an active volcano about to erupt. After a few days of dealing with him, she already had him figured all out. He was completely a submit-to-me-and-prosper-or-oppose-me-and-perish type of person.

“I’m not… and stop pinching my chin or you’ll break it!”

Gu Wei Yi tried pushing his hand away yet Lu Yuan Heng, who seemed indifferent, kept pinching her chin for some time and just now, slowly let go. “Your chin won’t be a problem. Why are you so tensed?”

She wanted him to bite his tongue and die but her mind told her she cannot be impulsive. She absolutely must not be impulsive… Impulsion is the devil. How can she kill her Golden Lord, of course, the fleece comes from the sheep’s body.

“Lu Yuan Heng, That person just now is my classmate.”

Gu Wei Yi focused her attention on looking outside the window and thought back to the first time that she and Lu Yuan Heng met. He appeared God-sent, like a knight-in-shining-armor ready to rescue her. He was dressed in a black handmade suit and walked in a steady pace. He was handsome. Even when (at that time) he scoffed at her blind date after punching him that the guy ended up against the wall.

With the sudden turn of events, she was rendered practically speechless as her wide open eyes looked to where her blind date was trying to compose himself. In the end, without saying anything, that man tucked his tail in between his paws and scrammed.

Afterwards, he pulled open the chair and sat opposite her. Gu Wei Yi had no idea who he was and wanted to leave but because of his imposing manner and without a better option, she willed herself to stay seated.

“I’m the fourth guy you’re supposed to be on a blind date with today. Lu Yuan Heng.”

He initiated. And so, Gu Wei Yi was forced to also say her name. Withdrawing into her mind, she wondered why he who was so good looking was going on blind dates…

“I need a wife. That’s why I signed up for this.”

She foolishly nodded. “Oh… Actually, I also need a husband that’s why I’m here on a blind date.”
