Fearlessly Moving Forwards!

7.- Cleric. Oh hell yea, nothing like your typical main healer in a vrmmo, right? This class is precisely so, even though is a totally slow class in any area (even Action Speed), its healing magical power is way too smooth and clean for it to be seen as a weak or not strong enough class. And this is only the beginning, who knows what kind of derivations would there be. Their healing spells are the most powerful kind in the game, period. Their supporting skills and buff skills are superb; and even though they are also the class with the highest mana pool in Rising Essence, most -if not all- Clerics affirm that it is nowhere near enough! Unlike other games, this healer class is somewhat tanky, which in this case is basically a lot of HP. They wield crosiers, holy staffs, blessed short swords and even warhammers! From light all the way to heavy equipment.

8.- Spellcaster of the Dead. Mmm, necromancer? Necromancer! Though this class is not called a 'Necromancer'... everyone can easily guess it. Anyways; to describe this fun yet seemingly extraordinarily difficult class, just by mentioning where their dependence lies for any kind of battle, they're namely their minions and their life-sucking abilities. It's not self-sustain, is more like with certain skill, they heal for the damage they've caused to a certain degree... man, merely writing about it is already seemingly difficult to express. In any case, this one is slower than a turtle as to mobility in battle refers to; even with a high endurance and tenacity, that doesn't make it up for it, but it at least has a great quantity of magical power and mana pool to make up for it, as well as even some melee strength! But only for 'personal defense' measures. Wield scepter, enchanted scythe, cursed dagger, cursed staff and small daggers (dual for every single one too). From light to medium equipment.

9.- Apprentice Elementalist. There is one thing that I'd like to let everyone to be exposed to, 'a monster like an Apprentice Elementalist' could go from terrorizing a small village to the smallest cities'. Of course, such an extreme would only be available at higher levels. Fortunately, I did not had the opportunity to witness such an ugly scene, but by working together with some Apprentice Elementalists, I've manage arrive at such conclusion. As many of you reading right now, specially those who are actually such class, you must already know how impactful this class has been at small skirmishes between associations and even farming mobs 3-7 levels higher than themselves (with a Guardian and Cleric of course). And if that's not enough for people to understand the massive, insane utility of such a class... then aight'; just wait for the future. There is, however, a reason why its position isn't high... though it has great mana pool, its requirements are either extremely high or just not well designed. For most Apprentice Elementalists I've seen barely control fire... and is their only known element... yikes (not trying to burn you all or anything, eh!). Not flexible but this class' endurance makes up for it as it is unusually somewhat tanky, it has some CC too. Doesn't need any weapon to deal its maximum damage! Only light equipment.

(Finally, my favorite! Yes, I chose this class.)

10.- Vanguard. Spears, halberds, staffs, pikes, poleaxes, gunspears, javelins(actual unique weapon), lances, even staffs with scythe blades and war scythes! This class is just magnificent (polearms fangirl here), and every single detail on this class is just perfect. Ah, but of course, its tenth place can't be helped, after all, it's way too demanding on personal skill to reach the levels of a Battlefrenzy or even Grim Challenger. This one's a beast at damage output, and even more so because of its tremendous agility, nimbleness and flexibility at battle and even outside of it; it's just astounding. It's even quite tanky for being a DPS and CC resistant, and even have some CC skills as well! Unfortunately, it's a complete utter 'ordinary' skillset. The greater feature of this class is you, the player, controlling the tempo and momentum of your actions in battle. Nevertheless, this DPS focused class is called 'Vanguard' for a reason, and that is, they're one of the strongest frontlines ever seen and created in this universe and even more so for 'Main Kingdom' (notice how biased I am, so much that I've even searched its lore?). Second only to the unknown, mysterious Legendary Vanguard of Main Kingdom. Medium-heavy to extremely-heavy equipment.

Sigh, there were some disappointments and some surprises, I felt as if I've gone through a long, unexpected journey... heh, fitting, right? Seeing how we are called 'Journeyer' by the inhabitants of Main Kingdom. I'll only say, I can't wait for esports to start on this game!

Once two hours had already gone by, Tongqiu disconnected for a while, solely to eat and check up on the maids which were now sincerely working hard around the villa, the non-existent dust was long cleaned off and brand new beauty was unearthed. After having a little chat along with a meal, he told them that if anything happened they'd just need to softly tap him on the shoulder or wrist which will send a notification towards the happily playing Tongqiu and that he'd be back as fast as he could. Then he bid them farewell as he finished eating and was more than ready to clear the addictive floor, Courtyard of the Heroic Souls.

Right now though, he was effortlessly oneshoting most enemies like they were fish on a chopping board... it was beyond addictive.

Having already played for almost 4 hours, Tongqiu had stacked up Battle Frenzy completely! The Physical and Magical Power bonus was rather a total, solid +200% raw increase in his overall damage output! Now, even his 'abnormal' state move was of lower damage than a fully one target-focused Tongqiu's Rain Showdown! Naturally, his 'abnormal' state was still not capable of becoming a skill itself, whether for its incompleteness or the incredible qualifications that the LV30 Tongqiu couldn't meet, at all. As such, it was more than obvious that his 'abnormal' state was merely at before its infancy, even before the embryonic stage... in other words, he had a long, long way to work it up.

Needless to say, his 'abnormal' state was only possible through his essential weaponry, so it was likely necessary for him to fully be acknowledged by them just like Katia has had acknowledged him before, so as to have his 'abnormal' state, truly become.

Thinking about Katia... hmm, Tongqiu wanted to meet her again as he'd already missed her dearly.

'Sigh... whatever then, hm? Agh, gotta get rid of those dummy archers already!' Tongqiu, slightly lost in thought, was interrupted as another rain of arrows headed his way.

Bp-clank!

After going through another familiar rolling on the ground and instantly after shooting towards the sky; Tongqiu made an extra move this time to, particularly, easily get out from the endless encirclement he was so 'trapped' in by a few hundreds of Unwilling Souls.

Naturally, there weren't these very few before; in fact, there were easily almost 10,000 the amount of enemies Tongqiu has been surrounded by between the day before and today.

Battle Frenzy finally paid off its extensive and slow effect to its maximum for the last two and a half hours; it was mainly thanks to the great amount of attacks he suffered being nullified as 'MISS' rather than his Critical Hits and/or Pierce Attacks that allowed him to reach such a stage in Battle Frenzy.

From the very first time he managed to add up to 100 stacks, double damage had already made his time in here much more easier and comfortable, incomparably relaxing even. But once all 200 stacks were achieved... he genuinely became like a farmer as all the surrounding light pale-blue heads were the crops he so devotedly worked for so long as he was now harvesting them! In mere few hours or so, those 10,000 or so light pale-blue heads surrounding him became merely thousands to dozens of hundreds. And now, just a few hundreds were left.

Even then, Tongqiu felt that this seemingly endless Courtyard of the Heroic Souls had three different sections, and he was barely in one of them yet he'd still not completely gotten rid of the local mobs, let alone the entire area.

In a way, or another, it reminded him of his time at the different sections from the mountainous area in the Misty region in the distant, far away Novice Village area.

'Aahh, the good ol' times!'

Giving a few more bonus hits here and there so as to keep the stacks from disappearing, or in other words, from reducing their number over time; Tongqiu gave up trying to kill them all and merely advanced towards the general direction where such rain of arrows originated from.

. . .

'There they are! Hmph!' As Tongqiu finally grew insanely closer to the general location of the rain of arrows, he finally had a clear sight on his targets, which also made him abruptly stop for a second there before resuming his crazed running.

'What the hell is going on? Am I actually fighting god-destroyers, immortal's assailers here or something?!'

Tongqiu couldn't be blamed for thinking so, as what he saw was basically half-plated, gorgeous and exuberant metallic black-silver armor! They each had either a crossbow as large as 2,5 meters and a barrel and stock as thick as half a meter! There were, bizarrely, 50-70 cm long arrows or bolts ready to be shoot on them instead of an extremely long one, making it seem even more mythical, mystical and intriguing.

As for those with bows, they each held one that was at least 3,11 meters in length, it was also as thick as at least 8 inches!!

What kind of monster-sized human could carry those?! The answer was more than obvious, these monsters!

At the naked eye, these Unwilling Souls were all simply built differently. They had an equally large body in all aspects, and were all human to boot! The tallest group of them were as tall as 3,72 meters while though they indeed looked beefy and bulky, they still maintained a slim, humanizing aspect to themselves. With such an anomaly, their bodies not only not looked weird, they instead inspired bravery, courage, an imposing will and utter devotion!

[Unwilling Lost Soul, Archery Sage]: Type: Human(Soul), Grade: 3 Star Elite, Level: 60, HP: 330,000. An extremely unique entity, it is unknown whether they themselves choose this type of fate rather than a simple, glorious and honorable death; or had no choice but do sacrifice theirs even more, just one last job before sleeping.

It was a pity that they were 'only' 3 Star Elite mobs still. But that'd still make do, after all- being LV60 and giving thrice the amount for SP was good enough for him, as long as he didn't have to put himself in tormenting once again with multiple enemies besieging him with their full strength, and at all times... just from thinking about it for a second could give anyone a headache, let alone poor dear Tongqiu.

Also; maybe for some, this kind of enemy was one to respect and just by reading their brief info they would also come to respect them; but for Tongqiu, this was a source of income, a good source of income which he'd inadvertently will get rid of once he stocked up enough of them!

Sure, Tongqiu was elated to see some archer fellows that weren't utter garbage like those mentioned by a scared animal from before, but his life and mental health and well-being were foremost before others' background.

For some unknown reason, Tongqiu suddenly thought of his real income -zero- and as such, certain idea were implemented on his head: 'Mmm... I need, no, I should create some source of income... from Rising Essence and... life.'

Shaking his head abruptly at the thought of 'living' once again, even though he felt warmth this time thanks to two little endearing devils, as he then moved forwards to meet his fellow archer bros.

The amount of Unwilling Souls were still abundant, though not sea-level of proportions, but still enough to allow him to maintain his Battle Frenzy at around 180-190 stacks. Once he was closer and closer towards the annoying brats of the archers, he'd stop for a little to 'spar' and get his numbers up! Before finally making a last run towards the fuckers!

-41,432, -41,422, MISS, MISS, MISS,-41,430, -41,432, -41,431, MISS, -41,432, MISS, -89,078, -41,434, MISS, -41,429, -41,433, MISS, MISS, -41,433, -41,432, MISS, -41,431, -56,017...

It wasn't a simple mention of double the amount of levels but 30 levels of difference straight up that made this a slightly tough of a situation, not only for the increased defense stats, but also the smaller probability of Critical Hits and Pierce Attacks as well as his Dodge Rate being null at this point forwards; nevertheless, he know was glad he contemptuously made the decision of making a playground out of these half-masochist and half-submissive oriented fools which, by their descriptions, seemed to not know if to stay 'heroic' or simply be the kindest samaritan by ruining their own lives, let alone their future.

Shaking his head bitterly, or probably in speechlessness, Tongqiu simply danced around them; as the melody of the special and specifically unique arrows, bolts, javelins flew about everywhere Tongqiu went, the wind creating sound and the space extending it through his ears and senses. If he hadn't trained with the previous foolish Unwilling Souls, he'd be burst to death with holes even within holes appearing in his body. They were just 'that' amazing.

Be that as it may, the mini-small or rather, river of heads pertaining those archers, was -fortunately- that of lots of dozens of them. Feeling glad that it wasn't a 'couple' of hundreds of them, Tongqiu was certain he won't even be scared of getting hit by them and then pinned down to death as, according to his experienced sight, one single basic attack of any of them is enough to render him useless for a few seconds. Even so, if the Unwilling Lost Souls were stronger than that, he'd still would not back away even for a second nor instant of hesitation.

Eventually, more than a dozen minutes went by as the first batch of archer Unwilling Souls started going down the river.

. . .

An hour and fifteen minutes or so had gone by, and the few rest of them archers were already down to merely 15 of them.

As he was now with his dual wielding Sunfacing Brilliant Gladius and with Transient Divine Burst activated, he -shockingly- parried their every arrow shot at him as he ever so slowly moved towards the furthest away archer. After all, it is hard to find proper, worthy 'sparring' partners nowadays, life was so sad and painful sometimes.

As he took at least 30 to 40 seconds in move towards the selected target, Tongqiu's Transient Divine Burst drained a good 45% of his total HP.

*PING*... you've successfully killed a 3 Star Elite 'Unwilling Lost Soul, Archery Sage', as a reward, SP+180 and Fame+180.

Once that was done with, he'd first have Transient Divine Burst deactivated as he would take a couple of Kindness Low-Potion as he even more slowly walked towards the next, furthest away Unwilling Lost Soul while still brandishing his gladiuses to beyond-perfectly parry all the remaining 14 soul's arrows. Easily regenerating 46-47% HP in 40 seconds, and once he arrived before his target, he'd kill it to his fastest capabilities with Combustion.

*PING*... you've successfully killed a 3 Star Elite 'Unwilling Lost Soul, Archery Sage', as a reward, SP+180 and Fame+180.

Then, he'd regenerate his remaining 5% or so HP, with taking another 30 to 40 seconds walking towards the next target...

"Haaaaaaah~ Dmmmnn!! Finally over, huff, next section will be just as tiriiiing~~ huff, welp, better go get dinner and, huff, wait for the girls." Tongqiu was depleted of stamina as actually entered a 'Low Stamina Weakened State'; stamina here referred to actual stamina, and he genuinely felt as his body had become irritated in real life, he'd have to take a break or two as he was still healing. He was even so thoroughly worn out that he didn't gave a care as he began to speak out loud in resignation to his current state, something he just genuinely distastes of.

As he was all plastered on the ground with some sweaty drops traversing his hairline and neck, he stood up from the greyish, ashes ground before standing up as he then closed his eyes.

After a couple seconds, he 'knew' there was truly no more mobs around this section as even those far away belonging to the adjacent section didn't dare cross the imaginary boundary between sections, ha, how silly.

'Well, for another day.' Tongqiu disconnected from Rising Essence.
