Down on the chaotic streets of Orario.

“There are too many enemies! They keep spawning!” said an adventure.

“The command system is not in order! Are we supposed to protect the citizens? Or should we focus on striking down the enemies?” said another.

“How am I supposed to know! I don’t know what to do!!”

“Calm down.” Said Astraea, her mere presence alone was enough to sooth the adventures. With Astraea were the weaker member's of her Familia. “Others will get frightened when they see you adventures panicking.”

“Y-you guys!”

“The girl’s from the Astraea Familia!!”

“All citizens should stay in the middle of the city. The strong adventures are gathered there to keep an eye on the entire place. Adventures please stay here to defend those who can’t protect themselves-and I'll bless you all in the name of the stars.” Astraea decaled.

“Y-yes my lady!!” they all shouted in vigor.

As they all went off Hermes came up to Astraea.

“You’re a goddess Astraea. You can’t be just walking around without a guard, the children you brought aren't...you know."

“Hermes! I thought you’d be out of there somewhere enjoying the show! And don’t worry I have a guard.”

“Orooooo!!! Astrae-thunk!”

An arrow had pierced the Evilus fanatic through the head.

Hermes looked up to see a lone archer up on the tower.

“So what are you doing here?” Astraea said with a smile.

“Well I support the ladies. Which means I wasn’t gonna let anything happen to a gorgeous goddess like you or Zeus would call me a coward…and also I wanted to feel like what it is to be Ganesha. But it seems the Sword of Ouranos is hard at work protecting you.”

“Fufu, I guess you and I have something in common. I’ll do my best to encourage my children, but do you wish to escort me? After all you will be protected!”

“Ah~ I’ve dreamed of going out with you! But…not when a war is going on and your child could have his sights on me if I do anything funny!”

“Well then let us be off and help our children as best as we can!” Astraea then walked off to help the people.

“Sheesh…reckless as Artemis, even though you and her look nothing alike.” Hermes then took his own path. “I need to find you Lydia.”

Up on Babel.

‘Their centralizing around Babel, Freya’s Familia are already here while Loki’s are just barely coming…hm? are they coming towards Central Park? Don’t they know never go into an open area with a sniper!’

From high on top he could see several powerful Familia moving to come help, like a flood of water coming to put out the invasive colony.

‘Cirrus! I found Ai!’

“Where is she.” He says as he lowers his bow.

‘Head to the southwest of the city! Many of the upper-class adventures were wiped! Allen of the Freya Familia is on his way there as well as Ottar, but he will be a few streets behind. Ai will be arriving there after Allen or Ottar depending on the number of Evilus members are in her way.’

“I’m going, Circe I want you to keep Astraea safe! Nox use your magic to help clear out this infestation!”

‘Got it!’

‘Will do!’

Cirrus puts his bow back into his shadow and leap off the tower.

“Ai!!”

He opens up his wings and flies Southwest.

Currently at the Southwest of the city.

“Weak…far too weak. Since when were Adventures so mortal? It’s a bit disheartening.” Said Zald. “A mere touch and their more bruised then a rotten fruit. Not even worthy of showing my teeth.”

He then simply made a smooth motion deflecting Allen’s sneak attack.

“Grr!” he said returning his feet back to the ground and spear ringing.

“You’re a fine fruit. Fast as the wind but as mild as a sea breeze.”

“!?” Allen was confused by his words and utterly infuriated by them. “Do you know what you have done! The city if on fire and innocents are dying!”

“…A soft touch. Not surprising. An adventurer should quickly discover the undiscovered or else ill chop your head-and eat you up like a berry.”

“!!!”

Allen could feel his eyes on his head, he wasn’t joking when he made this threat.

“You…” said Ottar arriving to the scene.

“Ah…finally someone I know and worthy of my blade. I’m assuming this cat is your apprentice?”

“….Allen.” he said in a commanding voice. “Go to Lady Freya and keep her safe.” he draws his duel great swords.

“Huh!? Ottar are you mad!! I’m going to knock this armored dude down!! don’t get in my-

“You should listen to him.”

Crashing down was Cirrus, his armor slowly disappeared into the air leaving only his mask.

“If you value you and your goddesses life then do as your captain ordered before he has to beg you.”

Allen was taken aback but seeing Ottar’s face concerned him.

“Tch!” he then quickly ran off.

“What a treat two main dishes lay before me. I could see that if this delectable venison hadn’t arrived you really would have begged. Even after so many years you put your goddess above everything else. Much like a un-weaned child.”

Ottar’s expression soured the more he talked.

“So…it was you…what the hell are you doing here…Zald!!”

‘Cirrus! Ai is heading towards that mismatched mage!’

“Shit.”

‘Zald of the Zeus Familia! one of their strongest Vanguard! I thought he died from the battle with the Behemoth from what the Guild Records said!’

“What’s wrong? Has knowing my name make you scared little venison? Even after we crossed blades.” He said while tossing away his helmet.

Underneath were a man with dark brown hair and scars around his eyes.

“No I was just pissed I went to the wrong battle. Ottar do you think you can managed with this Gluttonous Pig?”

“Hm…I will manage.” He nodded.

“Where are you going? Am I not worthy of your blade again?” Zald said.

“I have more important issues to deal with.”

Cirrus jumps on to a nearby roof and runs.

“Such a shame…well at least I have a wild boar here to eat.”

“And I have a Gluttonous Pig before me for breakfast.” Ottar readies himself as he goes in to face an old acquaintance.

Okay so I was thinking of just releasing the chapters up until this in story night ends. If I do the next chapter will be in well Friday. I'll leave it up to you guys.
