Fuu~” Ais let out a deep breath.

She scanned the room to find the Hermes Familia still kicking and then there was even Bete and Lefiya along with a black-haired elf.

She then looks to the rubble where Olivas and Revis appeared very beaten.

“Grrr!!!” Olivas grabs his side as a massive chunk of it was kicked out.

“Ugh…” Revis slowly picks herself up with her broken Nature Weapon.

“Perseus!!!” Olivas shouted at the top of his lungs. “You are as damn annoying to kill as your damn captain!! Vis—“ As he was shouting the name Revis could feel the wind gather towards Ais.

“Stop!!!!”

“—kum!!!

Around the giant crystal in the middle wrapped around it, the creature began to move. Its height filled many with terror, except for Ais.

WHOOOOOOOSH!!!!!!

She gathered the wind at the edge of her blade, compressing it once again. She held it in an overhead manner.

Fuu~” She steadies her blade and swings down with all of her strength. “[Zephyr Divide]!!!”

WHOOOOOOOOOOOOSH!!!!!!

Slice!!!!!!

Everything that was in the path of the wind was cut into two.

“—”

The sheer strength of the attack left everyone speechless and even sweating from how strong she is.

CRASH!!!!!

The monster’s body crashed to the ground.

“…” Ais looked at what she did, and she made a bit of a frown. “Still not as close to your power.”

This level of power is still not enough for her.

She jumps down onto the monster’s body.

“N-no!! How!?!? How are you this powerful!! Revis!! We need to—Guh!?

Revis put her hand through his chest.

“!!” Ais’s eyes widen as in her hand was a magic vivid magic stone. The same color as the new monsters that appeared on her last expedition.

“You are no longer required experiment.” She then yanked out her arm.

“Gah!?” He falls to his knees. “I…sa…ve…” He falls flat on the ground. “M….e…” His body then disappeared into ash.

Revis then looked at Ais as she swallowed his magic stone.

“TAKE IT AND RUN!!!!” Revis shouted.

“!?” Ais looked at the corner of her eye to see a figure in purple with a pink and purple mask carrying the orb they came down to get.

“This is where we part ways Sword Princess. VIOLAS!!!!”

“!?!?”

The whole room began to shake violently.

“Why are you doing this!!” Ais shouted.

“Is it not easy to tell? Destruction of Orario.” She then swings her great sword at the crystal core and cuts it into two.

RUMBLE!!!!

From the ceiling and from the ground several Violas were erupting in drones that can blanket the sky.

“I’ll find you!!!” Ais shouted.

“Then get to floor 59. If you manage to get past that we are sure to meet again if Enyo’s plans haven’t culled you by then.”

As the room breaks apart the rubble separates the two.

In the end, the Hermes Familia managed to keep its whole team alive due to Asfi’s instance of growing stronger over making money. After the situation was over everyone last one of the Familia cried tears of joy that it was due to Asfi having them fight in the dungeon so much saved their lives in the end.

Ais of course informed them of what she learned both to Asfi and to her own Familia. She didn’t tell Circe as she wanted something sizeable to show her and gain something out of it and given the years she has known her she would likely come down the Dungeon and see for herself.

‘I don’t want her to go into danger. She said herself she is not suited for combat. The expedition… I will get results.’

Of course the next expedition they were not dead set on reaching floor 59.

On the reward Ais wanted.

“Hey-o!!” said Lulune with some keys. “I got these from Black Robe after I got them up to speed! They said these are for Gnome storage units! Here they said this one is yours!” She tosses Ais a key with a cloud on it.

“… let's go.”

They head to go open the storage units and opened to get their reward. For Lulune she opened it up to several valuable stuff worth up to 10 million or more. For Ais, she got a single folded paper.

Ais gets it and unfolds it. It read:

“Cirrus Zephyr is my adopted son. I hope the next time we meet it will be on a more trusting footing.”

“…”

‘Adopted… Son?’

Ais was pretty sure this was something only a very, very handful of people knew but it explained why his records are locked and why they grew a bit hostile at her trying to look into their son. His connection with the Guild is far closer then she expected.

‘Does… Does this mean the one in the Black Robe has some connection to the Guild? How deep does it go? What else is the Guild hid—“

“Ugh!?” Ais’s head started to hurt from so many what if’s. “I should ask him when he comes back. But first I need to return this guard.”

Ais walked to the Guild and came up to Eina. From there in a few short moments—

“Eh?” said Bell.

“Hm?” said Ais turning to see him the boy with ruby eyes and white hair.

—The White Rabbit meet with the Child of the Wind.
