Room of Prayer.

“… So there are remnants of Evilus.” Said Cirrus sitting down.

“Yes.” Said Fels. “And a new surge of evil is in the works, with the Creature, a human-monster hybrid called Revis who can manipulate the Viola, carnivores plant monsters and protecting the Crystal Orb. The Hermes Familia has confirmed the death of Olivas Act. In their fight, he mentioned the orb and bright colored magic stones came from ‘Her.’ Saying that she sleeps deep within the earth and that she wants to see the sky. We inferred from that ‘She’ inhabits the depths of the dungeon yet explored or reached.”

“The same as the monsters of old, seeking the light of the upper world.” Said Ai.

“Hm, and there could be related to Ais Wallenstein and the Crystal Orb.” Said Ouranos.

“With the fragments and what little remained of Evilus have joined another force, while they fight on the surface the other group working for ‘Her’ are underground. In the end, they are in a symbiotic relationship that aims for a common goal.”

“Enyo.” Said Cirrus. “That’s what Revis said to them, right? Meaning ‘Destroyer of Cities.’.”

“That is correct. Because of this, we have an eye within the Loki Familia. From it we will learn of the strange incidents starting with the Monsterphilia.” Ouranos said leaning back.

“And it all comes from the 59th floor.” Said Fels.

Haaa… I guess this is the new power vacuum for evil now, huh?” Cirrus said, resting his head on his arm.

“Cirrus.” Said Ouranos in his booming voice. “You don’t have to help with this. This city has strong protectors now.”

“That is left for me to see, and besides.” He gets up and with a sharp look in his eyes. “I want to finally crush Evilus once and for all, not for this city, no, but for them.”

Ouranos and Fels could feel and see what he meant in his stern eyes and tone of voice.

“I as well, we left this city to clean itself up, so it should be right that we come and help clean this up!” said Ai.

“Thank you both, then in that case I ask of you to quickly head to the 60th floor I’m sure you Cirrus still remember your way down there, correct?”

“I do, and we’ll leave immediately. Seems Ai got herself ready in advance.”

“Hm! When I heard of it and the expedition, I was sure we were going to go, eventually!”

“Well, how far deep are the Loki Familia?”

“Near the 50th floor, I would suspect they will arrive on the 59th in 2 days.” Said Fels, using an enhanced version of their Occulus.

“2 days, huh? Very well. Let's go Ai, we're wasting time.”

“See ya!”

The two left through the secret passages and hurried down to the 59th floor.

Down on the 50th floor.

“Let's begin our final meeting, shall we?” said Finn. “As stated previously, only a select few will continue past the 51st floor. Everyone else, including the Hephaestus Familia, will stay here to guard the camp. Riveria, Gareth, Ais, Tiona, Tione, and Bete, and for support are Raul, Narfi, Alicia, Cruz, and Lefiya. For those remaining at camo, should any new species of monsters appears fend them off from a distance using magic swords and spells. Do not let them get close to camp. Aki, you are in charge.”

“Yes, sir!” said Aki, a black-haired Cat Person.

“Now Tsubaki will be joining the party to tend to our weapons.”

“Lucky bastard.” Said Eupheme in her monotone voice.

“Hahaha!! Maybe when you reach level 5! Now to bust out these bad boys!” said Tsubaki, going into her bag and handing out some weapons. “As your request Durandals!”

“Always thought a Durandal’d be heavier.”

“Because captain Tsubaki couldn’t find the right balance of weight.” Said Eupheme, giving a snide remark. “So how is my weapon, Amazon?”

“It’s good! Urga Enhanced feels great! Just have to get used to the shifting of weights, though.” Said Tiona.

“I do know how to balance the weight!!" Shouted Tsubaki. "Jormungand! It’s good right!”

“Hmm… it’s balanced enough,” Tione said, swinging the halberd around.

“See!! Balanced!!”

“Hm! She said, 'Balanced enough.' Meaning it’s enough she can work with implying effort in using its weights.”

“Why you!! Your weapons isn't balanced either!!"

"That is by design to increase the force at which she cuts. Maybe if you spent more time planning on the design rather then on the spot your weapons would be more popular."

"They are popular!!"

"Only because you are a level 5."

"Grrr!!! It's not just because I am a level 5 you tacky smith!"

"My works are not tacky they are unique!"

As the two begin to argue, Finn adjourned the meeting.

A while later as Ais was taking a small walk.

“Oh, Sword Princess, let me look at your weapon. I’m sure it needs some services.” Said Tsubaki. “or do you wanna do it vice-captain.” her eyes locked onto Eupheme as she backed off.

“Service is the only thing I will concede to you in you No-Depth-Perception-Ass-Having-Big-Boobed-Thug."

"Your never gonna usurp my position in the Familia!!!" Tsubaki shouted.

Eupheme took her to leave with a smug look.

"Keep telling yourself that."

Looking out at the sea of trees, Eupheme closes her eyes.

“… You have been through here.”

“Who are you talking to?”

Coming up behind her was Finn.

“Ah, Braver. How are you?”

“Fine, but who are you talking to?” he asked.

“Simply looking at what my first clients pass through, but given the materials he used he went further down.”

“Someone else went down here?” said Bete, walking into the conversation. “Who are they?”

“He is my first client. I’m sure you heard of the Uncrowned Emperor, right?”

“You knew him? That’s a surprise. Last I heard, he left the city for no reason, like a coward.”

“I would suggest if you should ever meet him, Bete.” Said Finn. “You be very polite. After all, he reached level 8 before he was even 16. A true monster in his own right.”

“He still ran away! So doesn’t matter if he’s a level 7 or 8, a guy who runs away is a damn coward!”

“… Be sure to tell him that should he ever come back, I’m sure he’ll have a good laugh.” She said with a smirk.

Down in the Dungeon’s depths.

“These monsters aren’t enough.” Said Wu, a girl who looks to be 12 years old with purple hair and multicolored hair on the inside. Her attire seems to be made of some sturdy black material that emphasizes her pale skin.

“My apologies Wu, the plants have been eating their fill and well as Rivis.” Said Ein, a person fully covered in an odd black and red armor.

“Tch… What luck I have to rely on that Demi-Spirit to soften her up. You know she still hasn’t developed a working brain, right? She just shouts out magic chants and whatever spirit is in front of her.”

“Enyo thanks you for doing this.”

“Whatever, this is just to destroy the city. Nothing more and nothing less.”

“Hm.”

"Then I guess I'll go up first! If they managed to beat that monstrosity  of a mangled spirit I'll be sure to poison them nice and good!" Wu said going on ahead.
