What is my opinion about Kyoto City? It is a place with many temples, shrines, and a blend of old and new eras.

I want to burn it all down, of course. And I probably could, but not right now. There is a calamity waiting to be unleashed.

Though the Omnyoji are moving, securing the other shrines. There are 100 shrines in Kyoto prefecture, excluding Kyoto City which house only one.

Well, the city is unlucky, because I am here to deal with the the main seal. I can leave the others to my friends and Enna, Utopia doesn't have much to do, unfortunately, just altering footage.

Clack.

My cane hit the pavement as I stood in front of Heian-Jingu Shrine, with tourists bustling about. Though I did spot a few Omnyoji patrolling around, wary of those who go in and out of the area.

It has been a while since I put on a disguise, which only consists of a pair of glasses and my hair being a little darker, I look like a totally different person. There are also a few people of Greek descent here, so I just look like a rich kid with a weird sense of fashion.

Anyway, I went to a food stand to buy some snacks.

I just roll my eyes seeing them refusing credit, they have no way of doing it anyway. This is another reason why I dislike Japan, so old-fashioned.

I got a box of takoyaki, and as expected, the balance isn't doing it for me. A bit too much salt combined with the soy sauce ruined the taste, the mayo didn't help either. I can't wait to get back to Greece...

Finishing my snack, I burned the box in a flash of fire. Almost no one noticed, almost.

I can tell they are eyeing me now. But what can they do? Vacate the area?

The PR system went off, [Dear tourists, we apologize but we need you all to vacate the shrine, due to unforeseen malfunctions. Once again, please vacate the shrine due to unforeseen malfunctions. And thank you for your understanding.]

Damn, they are more competent than I gave them credit for.

As people began to dejectedly walk out of the area, I walked toward the center of attention, removed my glasses, and shook my head, letting the grey pigments in my hair fall off.

"You are more diligent than I thought.", I taunted with a smile, "But you don't need to be scared of me."

"After all, all I want is the best for humanity.", my cane hit the ground once again, cracking the pavement this time.

In the blink of an eye, hundreds of magic circles formed around the entirety of the shrine. But... I sense something else.

"That's enough, beautiful princess.", a childish voice came from behind a pole.

Hmm... I know who it is.

"What brings you here, Merlin?", I asked with a smile.

Merlin the Kingmaker, he was the person who crowned Morgan Pendragon, and the Greatest Mage of Humanity, even if he is half Demon. I did hear he woke up a while ago, but to think I would see him here.

Approaching me was a young boy, who looked to be about twelve years old. Well, he did age backward. Wearing a white business suit that complements his puffy pinkish-white hair, he calmly stares at me with his red eyes - his demonic trait.

"O' Cruel World, heed my wish.", he whispered.

The magic circles snuffed out immediately... right, he is someone chosen by the World itself. Because I put them to sleep, the Ego is basically on auto-pilot mode right now, even if Kalpas had temporarily taken over.

"So, how about we have a talk?", he summoned a set of fine chairs, a table, and a tea set, "Would you like some tea?"

"No, not right now.", I walked past him, "I still have something to do, after all."

"It is clear that you want to cause a great disaster, can you enlighten this foolish mage of your vision?", he spoke as he held up a teacup.

Am I going to flaunt my scheme like a villain? Well, yes I am.

"Simple, because conflict is a good motivation.", I stated with a smile, "Humanity develops faster in the face of disasters. This is the truth for all life on this planet."

"So you justified plunging the world into chaos in the name of progress?", he let out a faint scoff.

From an outside perspective, that may be the case. But I am not that generous.

"I am a trailblazer, I just carve a path to the future. It is not my concern who will fall behind.", I look at the shrine, "But there are stubborn fools who still cling to the past."

I dislike Asian countries for this matter, stuck in the glory of a past that will never come back. Japan and Korea are the worst offenders.

"It is not a sin to preserve the past, but to stick to it is.", I glanced back at Merlin, who is still smiling, "You know this all too well, don't you?"

Britain is still clinging to the glory of the past, but unlike Korea and Japan, it has every right to. The difference? Well, the Legacies of Briton is the pride and joy of the British, although they say they are collecting the remaining Legacies, they are just missing five, including Excalibur.

One has the confidence and freedom to put the past on a pedestal. The other two...

"We've dragged this conversation a bit too long— oh, and don't worry, I won't be dealing with Britain for a while.", I began my walk again, "That's what you are here to confirm, right?"

"Mhm... what a perceptive lady you.", he sipped his tea with a smile, "I will be on my way, Argent Monarch."

With that, he disappeared and scattered pink petals, flying with the wind. Hmm, show off.

I hit the pavement with Walpurgis Festival once again. Layers upon layers of magic circles appeared in the sky, surrounding the entire temple.

I don't know how to use Magic, that is a fact, I merely convey my wish to the essence of Aradia who would cast the magic for me.

Witches, what are they, really? They don't use the normal magic systems like the Heavenly or Earthly Edict, nor the Spiritual Edict. But through a direct Contract with the Ego of the World, by offering something precious, sometimes all of their treasures, but more often or not, their very own children.

Tiamat was not a kind being.

So Witches, true Witches, can command the magic of the World as they please.

And what can the Onmyojis of Japan do against me?

Well, a few Shikigami were coming at me.

"Fire.", I commanded.

The spells hanging in the air ignited, firing shots of elemental energy at the temple. Ah~ music to my ears. The entire temple exploded from the spells, reducing it to rubble in the blink of an eye.

I calmly pulled my gloves off just as the surviving wolf Shikigami was rapidly rushing at me.

"Deconstruct.", I touched its nose with a spark of electricity, and its entire body fractured and fell apart right at the moment my electricity stopped.

Hmm~ I performed a spinning kick, sending a ninja who tried to sneak up on me toward the rubbles.

I casually approached the ruins.

Since this will be the centerpiece of the disaster... I want to witness it firsthand.

More weapons came at me, but my Domination made them bounce off me. I don't care.

"Deconstruct.", I tapped my foot, breaking the floor into pieces and I fell through.

"Reconstruct.", I reformed the floor to not let other people in.

I smiled as I was falling, my halo flickered into existence.

"Arbiter of Righteousness is who I am."

Justice mist began to seep out of my body, and the stars in my eyes spun as they dyed a deep blue light.

"Holding the Flag all Reach for, I shall carve out a Path to the Future."

I reached my hand out with a smile, wings made of countless weapons formed, giving me the ability to readjust my position.

"Good and Evil do not matter."

I flapped my wings, slowing my descent.

"For I am the Judge who Dictates All."

And I landed in the shallow water, by halo glows a dark blue light.

"Because I am Justice."

I am here for one purpose only, to destroy the Seal put upon the Strongest Yokai in Japan...

In front of me was an old man, sitting calmly in the middle of a ritual circle, despite being wrapped in chains, hanging loosely in the air. His appearance was bizarre, to say the least, an old man with an elongated skull, wearing a blue yukata and a sword on his lap.

The strongest Yokai in the history of Japan, the leader of the Parade of the One Hundred Demons.

Nuraihyon opened its eyes.
