A Dreamer, that is what she was once called.
Before becoming the last person of Mercury, she was an architect. She wanted to build cities, watching spires grow, and to bask in the sunlight they worship.
Yet everything came to a crashing halt went an asteroid passed Venus, carrying the toxic clouds of the planet and into Mercury. Not only did the dust cloud cover the sky, cutting the energy source of every creature on the planet, but the toxicity of Venus was something beyond anyone's ability to cure or combat against.
Amelia watched as her whole world crumble down, ending the long history of life on the planet. She also took on the burden of bearing the history of the world, from beginning to the end.
Because she cannot bear the thought of losing everything dear to her, even if she had lost everything.
She accepted the power of Life, bearing in her Mercury's Template of Life. And out of all the pieces of the Template, it manifested in the worst way possible.
In response to her will and grief, Amelia Wosteria... no, Amelia Remali Sangtos obtained the Flame of Order, or its True Name - Fire of Eternity.
Unlike the cursed Blessing from the Ego of Venus, the Archer can summon the essence of the world wherever he is. Or the Blacksmith's fortitude against everything.
The Fire of Eternity forced her to experience the entirety of Mercury's Life, from when the first life bloomed to when everything collapsed, every time she uses it.
To this day, Earth's history of life is 3.5 billion years. Life on Mars existed for 1.7 billion years. Venus with merely 127 million years. While Mercury has 2.9 billion years.
2.9 billion years, that is the time she experienced every time she activated her power. With how many times she activated it, she is older than the universe itself.
Her resolve and conviction had been tempered by Time, her will has withstood the test of Eternity.
Even if it is against someone whose mission is to save the universe.
Actually, the only way to defeat a Jester of Light is to be funnier than they are or break the skit, then they will leave on their own. Amelia had been observing Charlotte's fight with The Shapeless Comedy, and she has to say, her constant failure to take down the Eldritch God is funny.
With a deep breath, Amelia took a step forward, letting the golden flame burst forth. Directly attacking The Shapeless Comedy.
Eight white clones of Charlotte rushed at it, all with a murder crazed smile.
"World Breaker!!", from behind, Charlotte swung her lance down.
A symphony of thunder and lightning erupted, destroying the land. Although Amelia's Inner World can transfer any and all damage that happens in here to a specific target. Even then, she had to marvel at the destructive power.
After all, it even penetrated her Inner World.
"Come on now, you have to try harder~", The Shapeless Comedy appeared unscathed, "Hehe~ seeing you struggle is quite funny!!"
"You fucker!!", Charlotte's halo turned completely red, dyed in the color of Malice, "Escalation Level Maximum: Requiem of the Trailblazing Flame."
In an instant, the city of golden fire mixed with a field of blue flame. Amelia can't help but let out an exasperated laugh.
Because this is the best combination she had ever seen. The constant damage transfer was a sight to behold.
One by one, the eyes shattered as the Jester fell limp. But Amelia knew this was just a trick.
Those with the Veil Attribute are pathological liars; they can't help but lie.
"Ahahaha~", The Shapeless Comedy reappeared, "That was quite painful, burning through my Lies and Illusions~"
The eyes on their outfit shine brightly, "I lack means of attack. But... this should do it."
Forty-two diamond-shaped tri-pupil eyes formed behind them, rotating like a barrel. And they fired beams of light.
Immediately, Amelia warned Charlotte.
"Don't dodge or block them!! Think that they aren't real, Veil can only attack if the opponent thinks they are real!!"
Charlotte nodded. Although she is fast, she cannot dodge the speed of light. She closed her eyes because of the brightness.
Nothing happened; it was like an ordinary flashlight was shining on her.
She narrowed her eyes, letting out a grunt of annoyance.
"Utopia.", Charlotte commanded.
"[I am here, Your Majesty.]", his gravely voice echoed from her phone.
"Prepare for takeoff, I am leaving.", she turned around and walked away...
Amelia and The Shapeless Comedy just stared at her as she was legitimately leaving.
"You bullied her too much, Bashie Mazhala.", Amelia glared at the Jester.
The tri-pupil eyes moved back and forth between Charlotte leaving, and Amelia, who just crossed her arms.
For a Jester of Light, it is a rule that those participating in the show must have fun. Their goal is to ignite the universe with countless smiles, to paint the cold abyss in a colorful display of happiness. To violate that rule means...
"Oh no...", The Shapeless Comedy muttered.
Countless threads of light instantly pierced them, hanging limply like a puppet that had its strings cut off.
Charlotte instantly turned back, her eyes widening in awe and horror. What she saw was an eye, a sparkling eye made from galaxies and stardust, illuminating the night sky - as if turning night to day with its appearance alone. Beautiful, stunning, yet carry with it a level of horror that cannot be describe.
Countless celestial threads of light began wrapping around The Shapeless Comedy, compressing, bending, molding the Eldritch God. Powerlessly kneel to the strings' will.
Amelia shivered, she stared at the eye and her legs buckled. Because she felt the gaze of that eye lingered on her for a moment. That oppressive aura from a mere glance made her legs give up, collapsing her onto the ground.
She had heard countless other names for it: The Puppeteer, The One Above All, The Greatest Schemer, The Gatekeeper of Reality, The Lofty Clown. But the name most often referred to this existence as...
The Administrator of the Universe, One who oversees everything, The First Scion of the Universe - The Universal Matrix.
To think it would reveal itself at this moment...
Then a realization hit her. The one behind the Jesters of Light is the Universal Matrix.
She can't help but laugh at the sheer absurdity of it all.
Then the threads wove together, forming a hand, and approached Charlotte. She was tense, not knowing what to do against such a grand existence.
With a flick of its wrist, the threads presented Charlotte a gold ring bearing the diamond-shaped tri-pupil eye of The Shapeless Comedy.
Her eyes darted between the sparkling hand made of white threads and the ring. Even her, in all of her arrogance, was barely holding on.
Her calculations were messed up, forming and cracking at the same time. She know this is something she cannot mess with, even poke fun at.
This was a being all creation must bow down to, even if it doesn't want it that way.
Reluctantly, she took it.
And without any warning, without any grandeur or even a flash, The Universal Matrix disappeared... the dark, starless sky returned to normal.
"Amelia...", her silver eyes bearing the Compass Roses, turned to the Dreamer, "What was that... thing?"
Charlotte had her guesses, but she did not dare to say it.
"The Universal Matrix...", Amelia hugged herself, shivering as a chill took over her entire body.
"What...?", Charlotte stared at her.
"..."
"WHAT?!", her eyes moved to the ring in her hand, "Then what am I supposed to do with this ring?!"
There was an awkward silence between the two. By now, Amelia had retracted her Inner World.
Utopia spoke up, breaking the silence, "[The ring has the same signature and the same intensity as The Shapeless Comedy. It is likely that this is a compressed Avatar of the Eldritch God, made into an item.]"
Without knowing what to do, Charlotte looked at Amelia, "Do you know where I can get this looked at?"
"There is the Golden Emporium, it's currently in Vietnam right now.", she replied.
Charlotte thought for a bit. Vietnam is in the middle of a war, mostly preparing against its neighbors. It isn't safe to go there right now.
But Charlotte, being Charlotte, had already decided on her next destination.

"You know, Nathan, why the fuck is Charlotte so special? Her Fate Value shouldn't be higher than mine!!", Sinclair talked to thin air. She was watching the entire ordeal.
"Hey! I'm talking to you, Nathan!!", she exclaimed with a playful smile. Talking to someone named Nathan.
As she was wondering about Fate Value, the answer is so simple a baby can tell. Long ago, her story ended, which plummeted her Fate Value to almost nothing; then, becoming a Paradox spread it even thinner.
"So that's how it is...", she tilts her head with a frown, "So the Speed of Tachyon also blessed her, huh... when did she get that?"
Sinclair was referring to the Sixth Scion of the Universe, the Speed of Tachyon, the Universal Truth that is Motion.
If Time is the unrelenting river that forces everything to go, then Motion represents the fishes swimming in the river.
Every coincidence, every misfortune, every lucky encounter. Fate, Destiny, Luck. The Voidborn of Motion can be attributed to all of it. One's Fate Value determines what can be understood of this Voidborn's motives.
But unlike Sinclair's assumptions, the Speed of Tachyon did not bless Charlotte like the Warden of Time did, merely a passing glance.
"So that's how it is...", Sinclair mused to herself, "Let's go, Nathan!!"
Also, the Watcher of Nathamoor has no relation to the individual named Nathan. Even if so, that is an insult to the Narrator of the Universe.
"Hey! Don't end your observation!!"
Ah yes, the Grand Narrator of the Universe, the One who Only Observe, the One who Reflect All, the Board Cast of the World, the Real-Time Story of The Universe, the Omnipresent Reader's Perspective is fuking name Nathan.
We love Nathan, poor our dear narrator having to deal with Sinclair.
