The wedding ceremony was a private event, but was somehow held in the Royal Castle!

Ayla did not have any churches or temples, even though several religious bodies had wanted to open shop here

Ashley didn't want any influence of any god come here in case the 3 Guardians were discovered by the god that imprisoned them

But still, all the staff of Medusa, Lilith and Selene attended

Rancell was the best man and a fully restored Cassie was Melissa's bridesmaid

The King and Queen themselves officiated the ceremony in place of a religious authority

After their wedding banquet, Ashley and Melissa spent the next week nude on the beach in each others arms

They took their Honeymoon on a deserted island miles off the coast of Ayla

Ashley was now a high level vampire and carried her over, although she could fly herself with a spell

While they were on their Honeymoon, the 3 Guardians took turns controlling the King and Queen

As Ashley was always controlling the King and Queen and he shared minds with the Guardians, nobody knew the difference except a hint of being arrogant to humans. But Royals generally felt superior to regular folk anyway

Not only were they having lots of sex on the beach all day, but Melissa was also catching up about how Ashley was

All the while till now, whenever she talked to him, she was talking to either Medusa, Lilith or Selene. Later on, she was talking to William or Tiffany

It felt like she's never talked to Ashley himself since he initially disappeared in the Ancient Dungeon of the Serpent Queen

She's never asked him about the golden bands, and the intense pain he felt constantly

As he talked about his experiences, she figured out that like Medusa ripping the muscles in his penis and his body repairing it and leaving it longer and bigger, his mind link with 3 intensely powerful demons also damaged his mind as his body healed him, enabling him to split his mind and see through them simultaneously.

This enabled him to eventually control Tiffany and William as if they were individually separate!

How else was he able to fuck Tiffany as William, yet become Tiffany and be fucked as well?

Ashley also explored and talked to her about Michael's memories exploring through the land

He had quite the adventure too, scamming people and taking every advantage of his shapechanging abilities

But while everything seemed perfect between them, Ashley still came outside her, not wanting her to get pregnant

Unlike Tiffany who was an undead and didn't produce eggs, Melissa was fully capable to have children with Ashley

But whose kids will they be? Ashley or Michael?

The DNA of the sperm will still be Michael's. He can't change the DNA to his, could he? He didn't know how!

The Honeymoon went by fast, and Melissa was satisfied by the time they spent together there

After the Honeymoon, Melissa returned to her duties in the Mage Tower as the City's official mage and to maintain and study the multitude of tomes found on Tallas, the floating mage city

The 3 Guardians moved the flying city off the coast of Myla, turning it invisible so that no one was the wiser

But during sunset everyday, it seems the shadow of a floating city could be seen in the clouds

Ashley took several shifts each with the hunting and food preparation with Medusa's team, leading the shadow corps to patrol the city at night, joining the Mercenary Guild under Selene, and being part of the management of the brothel under Lilith

He already knew everyone through second hand experience, but it felt as he has lived through the experiences himself through all 3 Guardians

But they didn't know him until now, with the exception of the Shadow Guard, who were all totally obedient vampires under Selene

He joined the Mercenary Guild and Serene as Guildmaster graded him as a A Rank, so that he wouldn't stick out, as what he wanted

He made friends everywhere and was happy, as he had the woman he loved with him, and he lived a pleasant life, being powerful and popular

But not everything as perfect

He was friends with most A Ranked mercenaries and below, completing missions together

But he had difficulties with the S Ranks, possibly caused by jealousy and rivalry. One must remember, besides the fact that many nations had summoned their own heroes, they were all from Earth!

And because of that, they were especially competitive and unfriendly to each other, especially to summoned of other nations

They knew Ashley was a summoned hero too, as were King William and Queen Tiffany and Tower Mage Melissa. Apparently it was known that Rancell was a Sword Saint too, but from another country

While they did hint of their dislike for other summoned heroes, they never showed outright hostility, especially since that was treason against the King and Queen

And thus, Ashley had no concrete reason to kick them out, and didn't want Ayla to gain a reputation of being unfriendly to other nation's heroes, especially since those were the very people he wanted to attract

There was the Sword Saint Edward and his group of knights, arrogant, cocky and unfriendly. They looked down on everyone as inferiors. They were from Dynomia, a far off country that had been overrun by demons

Then there was Armand, Sword Saint of Stormalas, a far off nation that nobody has heard off. His group consisted of assassins, all dressed in black. 

Lastly, there was the group of archers, led by Hero of the Bow, Willie of Marcosia. There were some archers in the group who were elves from Ashfall, who had joined after Ashfall became a part of the country Ayla, and they came to the capital city Ayla to become mercenaries. 

Cassie knows them, but they were no longer on talking terms. They were traditional and insisted if she were to greet them, she had to continue her punishment of piercing her nipples and clitoris. She would also have to always bare them enabling them to be without clothes

She refused, and was thus cut off by her people, even those in this capital city!

Ashley went deep sea fishing, as this was one of his favorite occupations

He hauled up their nets full of fish

From a distance, he could see the shore, and the city of Ayla looked the size of his palm

Behind him, not too far away was the island he spent his honeymoon with Melissa on

He looked above, seeing the shadow of Talas floating in the clouds

He imagined his wife Melissa, engrossed in a tome or another, sipping on herbal tea

He sometimes joined her on Talas, but got easily bored

All there was to do there were magical experiments, or reading books

However, she had gotten many requests from the top mages of many countries to visit Talas, but she refused them all, not letting them know that the 7 Mages of Talas were dead

Apparently, the spell to summon heroes came from Talas, which was widely shared with many countries with mages of a certain level

Melissa had hoped to find a way home to Earth, something he has always hoped for

But before that, he must find some way of removing his golden bonds from his original body

"Strange. How did this happen? It was not supposed to happen this way

How are there no temples or churches from any of the religions?
