Due to the urgency, Ashley ran non stop towards Rockhold, fearing that his beloved Melissa would have been melted by now

Over the weeks of battle with the lich in Duramar, Ashley had explained to Sasha, Rancell and Tanya who he was and what had happened to him, and also what happened to them even though they didn't remember any of it

He obviously left out some details, like Rancell and Cassie were together, or that they needed to rescue the 3 Demonesses, calling them instead Guardians.

He briefly told them about their life in Ayla, mentioning that Rancell had become Captain of the Guard, while Cassie had joined the guard, after moving over from Ashfall as a Royal Guard. He did mention that he didn't know Tanya in their previous life

To Rancell and Sasha, this was of course alot to take as it seemed so unreal. But Ashley spoke with such convincingness, and hey owed their lives to him anyway.

They arrived at Rockhold late at night and immediately started hunting for where the statues could possibly be melted

Smashing through the doors of the factory that was owned by the Royal Treasury, they found the place empty, and their crude machines they use to smelt gold and print them were not in operation

"What is the meaning of this?" a man came, dressed in a nightgown and carrying a light

"G..gold statues? We've turned them all into gold coins already! The Kingdom is in serious need for more money due to the demon horde attacks, and now the undead attack" he stuttered, not knowing that Ashley had already solved the undead invasion

"Destroy them" he said, mentally controlling Tiffany and William who started destroying the machines

The Royal Castle main gate burst open

Ashley angrily walked in, killing all the guards that had tried to halt him
