“Eat.” He brought it to my face.
“N-no!”
“C'mon, it belongs in your mouth.” He crawled on top of me and nudged it forward, the bed creaking under his weight.
“W-well, yeah...but I said I don’t want it!” I tried pushing him away, but he grabbed one of my wrists and pinned it above my head.
“It’s not that bad~” he teased.
“Ick, no!”
“Just try it.”
“No.”
“Please?”
“No.”
“Just a lick?”
“NO.”
He sighed. “Fine...” then turned around and got off my bed.
I sat up and breathed a sigh of relief. Thank god! It looked disgusting, and I—
He whipped around and shoved it in my mouth.
“MMFF!!” My eyes widened at the sudden invasion.
“See, it’s not so bad~” he smiled. “And no need to thank me, cuz what are roommates for?”
He had it shoved deep into my throat, and the taste was making me gag.
I swallowed against my will, then pushed him away with all my strength.
I coughed and wiped a hand across my mouth. “BLEH! What the heck was that?!” I glared at him.
“Like I said, it’s supposed to make you feel b—”
I threw my pillow at him, but he ducked. Asshole! “For the last time, I don’t need your stupid herbal medicine!!”
He held up his hands in surrender, a drop of brown goo sliding down the spoon. “Okay, okay. I just wanted to help you recover in time for next week’s midterm...jeez.”
“Oh yeah? Well—” I stopped. The throbbing in my head had vanished, along with the fever that had been burning all day. I wrinkled my nose; it wasn’t stuffy anymore.
He blinked, then peered at me. “Did it work?”
I nodded, eyes avoiding his. “Thanks...” My cheeks started feeling warm, but I don’t think it’s from another fever.
He grinned. “I’m glad you’re okay now. Which means...” he unbuttoned his shirt and let it slide onto the floor. “We can continue where we left off last night...♡” And he pushed me down onto the bed, silencing my protests as his mouth closed onto mine.
