On an Unknown Mountain in the world of Eklipses...

I am a being cloaked in dust and smoke,

Made before the men were even a yoke,

In the eyes of the beings above.

Found now in all entities, to those who use me to the fullest to those who use little of me,

I am a being that is neither man nor monster,

A being that only wanders,

Hidden by the sight of most up yonder,

For most will overlook all that I am.

I ponder and wonder,

As a man without me will only wander,

I am what he needs, yet my fate is to be squandered.

Though it is sad, it is still a thing I must ponder.

As I wander without worry,

I have come across something blurry,

As it hides within the flurry,

I notice the ground covered in snowy slurry,

As I take note,

I catch the being afloat,

Catching sight of it grants me the chance to denote,

And ponder about it, as I make a note.

For it is but an elemental I see,

A friend I can meet and greet,

One to talk to in this field of sleet.

One that mortals cannot come to by on their own two feet.

A place not touched by any man,

That no race of man or human has seen or plan,

That no race can hope to find before the new age has begun,

As all norms set in thought will be quickly undone.

As I finish this thought I had,

I begin to walk once more, away from the elemental the snow had brought,

Giving it farewells as I leave this lot,

As I begin the trek across mountains, I begin to remember what I have wrought to this world,

Before myself, nothing like I, self, or Me existed then,

Once I did appear though, many beings began to become them or self,

They, Me, or I became commonplace as a result of my existence forming,

Since then, man and beast have become a distinction,

Though I do not know when it was.

Before I lose my thoughts as I have,

I must cross this stretch of marshland,

And as I do,

I begin to wonder once more,

What the next day shall bring to the mortal races.

For I fear for their end,

As I do for the young children, playing as higher beings,

The children that came after me and us,

Those who call themselves "gods".

I fear for their safety for now,

And into the future.
