The people in the circular lobby stopped everything they were doing as they looked at Huang Ying and Ying Feixu, the previous jolly atmosphere freezing up. Huang Ying swept his gaze across the faces of everyone in the room, also contacting Li Jun to learn about the people hidden away behind the myriad of doors that lined the room. In the end, after sweeping the entire room once, he stretched out his arm and pointed at some of the people in the room.

"Her, her, him, those two there, the girl in that room, the man in that room, and the three girls in that room. The people I just pointed out are to remain unharmed, but the rest are to die. I'll handle those two fun snacks over there, as well as those three people there, but everyone else is yours. You know what happens if you fail, so you'd best give it your all, let me see that you weren't just spouting all those proud words to feel big."

Huang Ying glanced back at Ying Feixu as he spoke, the smile on his face taking on a practically taunting curve. Her pupil's narrowed sharply as she locked eyes with him, was he doubting the depth of the hatred she felt towards him? Huang Ying didn't say anything else after making sure that Ying Feixue understood, taking a few steps forward in a casual manner until a woman clad in a silken robe blocked his path.

"Stop! How did you know about that path, who tol...GH!"

Huang Ying's arm shot forward before she could finish her questioning, clutching onto her throat and lifting her up from the ground. She struggled to break free, but the strength of his body was almost equal to a Demonic beast that had reached the 6th or 7th Mortal Step. This woman was one of the three he said he would handle, one of the ones closer to the entrance they burst out from, so he didn't beat around the bush with her.

"That's one exit."

Huang Ying flung his arm to the side, tossing the woman against one of the doors that lined the circular lobby. She smashed into the door, Huang Ying tossing out three smaller swords he plucked from his interspatial ring and nailing the woman to the door before she could slide down to the ground. With this, her corpse blocked the door, preventing people from entering or leaving through the exit hidden behind the door.

Huang Ying took advantage of the momentary shock and fear of the others in the room, snatching up and tossing the two other people closest to him. More small weapons flew out and nailed them to two other doors, all three entrances and exits to the room swiftly ending up sealed. With this, the only easy way out of the room was the hidden passage from which Huang Ying and Ying Feixue had burst forth. But getting to that exit was easier said than done, Huang Ying's natural smile branding itself into the minds of the remaining people in the room.

"Now then, please allow me to have some fun, help me feel alive."

Huang Ying's words and gaze were directed at the two people who had reached the 2nd Stair of Ascension. The two people were a pair of women who looked so alike that he didn't even need Xing Dong's memories to know that they were twins. They both had faded orange hair, slightly tanned skin, tall and curvaceous figures, and one had dark green eyes while the other had brown eyes.

The two women ignored everyone else in the room and focused fully on Huang Ying, their instincts were screaming at them that he was a threat they couldn't take lightly. They also felt that he looked somewhat familiar, a bit of confusion swimming up in their eyes as they observed him with narrowed gazes. Huang Ying slowly started to walk towards them, clearing up their confusion as he approached them, ignoring the loud sounds of screams and sounds of battle that started to sound out around him.

"No need to look so confused, we've never met. But I know you quite well, Xing Gao, Xing Jueli. You provided Xing Dong with quite a few men to help him take me down to 'wash away his shame'. You gave me a larger meal, but I don't appreciate having people sent after me, so I think I'll take care of you here and now."

Huang Ying's right eye changed as he spoke, a multitude of tiny crimson pupils appearing within his eye, swimming around and happily looking at the prey in front of them. The expressions of Xing Gao and Xing Jueli sank drastically when they understood why Huang Ying looked familiar, he fit the description that Xing Dong had given them. His words made things quite clear, but the green-eyed Xing Gao couldn't help but seek confirmation.

"Little Dong'er, you killed him?"

Huang Ying felt slightly amused at the name the woman used for her nephew, especially since he had seen some of the things Xing Dong had gotten up to. But that was just how it was, no matter how great of a monster someone was, they were still someone's beloved son or friend. The same was true for Huang Ying, he had changed greatly, something inside him had broken in the darkness of that cell.

But to Xing Tang he was probably still her dear little brother, and to Song Yi and Chen Hong he was a friend, even if others would consider him a monster. Thinking of Xing Tang, he couldn't help but feel that he hadn't done justice to her. He hadn't even sent her a message to tell her about the fate of the village and its inhabitants, he simply didn't know what he should tell her.

"Oh well, I shouldn't drag it out much longer, that really wouldn't be fair."

He couldn't help but mutter out his thoughts, the longer he dragged it out the worse it would be for Xing Tang. For all he knew, she might actually think that he had died along with the rest of the village. So it was best that he sent her a message as quickly as he could, it would be for the best if he did it once he finished his business here. But for the moment, he had to focus on the task in front of him, answering Xing Gao in a slightly cryptic manner.

"What a foul taste he had, let's hope it doesn't run in the family."

It was pretty grim to admit, but the simple fact was that humans actually tasted fairly good when he devoured them. But Xing Dong had been a bit different, he tasted rather foul and slightly mouldy. But whether or not he actually tasted that or if it was due to Huang Ying's own opinion of him, he didn't know.

His words were somewhat cryptic but more than enough to get the message across, the expression of the Xing twins sinking even further. There was no further exchange of words, the two women simply charged forward, one heading straight for Huang Ying while the other one took a more arching path. The brown-eyed Xing Jueli was the one that charged straight at him, swiping her interspatial ring and donning two metal gloves as she slammed both fists down at Huang Ying.

Huang Ying raised his own arms and caught her fists, his arms sinking down somewhat as his knees bent. Xing Jueli carried far more power than her curvaceous frame suggested, Huang Ying faltering slightly under the sheer physical force she exerted upon him. And the moment he caught Xing Jueli's hands, Xing Gao emerged from her sister's side, her speed increasing sharply as she immediately reached Huang Ying's side.

Her fist embedded itself in Huang Ying's side, his body bending to the side as it wrapped around the fist, the taste of blood flooding his mouth. But not an ounce of pain showed on his face, a bloody grin surfacing instead and unnerving the two sisters. The bending of Huang Ying's body made it so that he couldn't resist Xing Jueli's attack any longer, her fists coming smashing down again.

But Huang Ying took advantage of this, allowing Xing Gao's punch to push him to the side. He let go of Xing Jueli's fists and quickly grabbed onto the fist that Xing Gao had embedded in his side, dragging her along as he was pushed to the side. As a result, she ended up in the path of Xing Jueli's descending fists, forcing the woman to hastily reduce the power in her attack.

She managed to reduce how much power she put into the attack, but there was no way for her to pull back her arms so both of her fists crashed into Xing Gao's back. Xing Jueli was caught off guard for a second because of this, Huang Ying stomping the ground to stop himself from getting pushed further away.

He then raised his knee as fast as he could, using a fierce gust of wind to increase the speed behind his leg so that his knee could smash into Xing Gao's lowered face before she could pull away. Her head was forcefully jerked upwards, Xing Jueli stepping back so that her sister's head didn't crash into her chin.

Huang Ying immediately lowered his left leg again and kicked off the ground with it, bending his right leg and aiming his knee at Xing Jueli's waist. But the sister's had caught their bearing now, Xing Gao using the force of Huang Ying's kick to lean back and kick out with her foot, blocking Huang Ying's knee. Xing Jueli didn't waste a second of this chance, her fist smashing forward the moment Xing Gao started to bend backwards.

As a result, her fist smashed into Huang Ying's face the moment his knee was blocked, a crunching sound resounding in his ears as his nose shattered under the force. His body was strong, but this was the punch of a cultivator who had reached the 2nd Stair of Ascension and cultivated a strength-based law.

The punch sent him backwards again, Xing Gao and Xing Jueli chasing after him. But his perception picked up another enemy behind him, one that caused his bloody grin to grow a bit larger. He twisted his body to the side, one of Ying Feixu's curved daggers passing by his side while the other cut a gash into his waist.

The Xing sisters didn't know the story behind Huang Ying and Ying Feixu so they couldn't help but be slightly caught off guard by this change. But they didn't want to waste this chance so they continued to charge at Huang Ying in the same formation as earlier.

Huang Ying didn't mind the pain coming from the cut on his left waist, turning his head to glance at Ying Feixu, who had taken advantage of her own battles to move closer to Huang Ying to launch this sneak attack. Her body tensed up slightly as he looked at her, his bloody grin sending a faint shiver down her back. He was a beast who could terrify other beasts, his grin embedding itself in the minds of all who saw it.

"Good, good! That was a nice attempt, but you still aren't properly using all nine of your laws, otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to dodge you that easily! It was a good attempt, but you failed so you'd best be prepared for a bit of punishment."

Huang Ying actually wasn't too angry at getting sneak attacked by her, he was the one person she wanted to kill the most after all. It was the opposite actually, it showed that she was able to take advantage of an opening even in such a hectic battle. And looking at the corpses scattered around and the tears and cuts in her own robe, she had clearly suffered a few attacks to land killing blows on her enemies, a luxury reserved to the two of them. She had clearly taken in some of the things he had tried to teach her, but she still attacked him, so he had to make her pay a bit of a price.

He grabbed onto her wrists and exerted all his force, lifting her off of the ground and using her as a weapon, swinging her straight at the incoming Xing sisters. The two sisters were even more caught off guard by this but still acted quickly, Xing Jueli smashing down at Ying Feixu's incoming legs. Her fists crashed into Ying Feixu's legs, the left leg that suffered the brunt of the impact bending in an unnatural manner as the bones in shattered. The right leg was a bit better off but still suffered a large bruise as several of the veins in it exploded from the impact.

Ying Feixu was forced to suck in a sharp breath to hold back her own screams, Huang Ying flinging her away from Xing Jueli now that she had suffered her punishment. He tossed her straight at a man that had tried to take this chance to enter the hidden passage they had entered from. The two people tumbled to the side, Huang Ying waving his hands in a casual manner as he continued to flash his bloody grin.

"There you go, a nice meal to heal up. Don't expect that luxury the next time. As for you two ladies, let's continue our fun, shall we?"

There we go, that's the other chapter I promised you for the hassle.
