^ That map is a little bit outdated, but not by much. Russia owns Finland and Catalonia is a proxy state of France, but otherwise, the map is fairly accurate.

there was no federation of the caribbean? Why do I doubt that the Hispanic population of the Caribbean accepts the United States?
A Caribbean Federation will exist, but most of the big islands will either be independent or part of the United States.
The Caribbean Federation will be composed of the smaller islands banding together for survival.
The Hispanic population will be fairly accepting of the US. After all, America already has a few Spanish territories within its borders.
