Staring at the three intimidating policemen standing in front of him, Ogura Satoru, who had just wiped Kishibe Rohan's blood off his face not too long ago, couldn't help but break down into tears.

Seeing the scene before them, one of the policemen couldn't help but turn to his superior, who was standing next to him.

"Sir, we should just bring him back to the station so far, we can conduct the investigation after he has successfully calmed down," said the policeman, causing the officer to slightly not.

"Hmm, that would be a good idea," mumbled the officer as he turned to the other two policemen on the scene, causing two to suddenly take action, restraining Ogura Satoru and placing him in the back of their vehicle.

...

Whilst this scene was happening, over fifty people were now staying at the location of the crime scene, including policemen, medics, investigators, and even some weird people, who clearly had no reason to be there.

Right now, a large portion of the manga community was in shambles, as even though only a few minutes had passed since Kishibe Rohan's death, the news had already managed to spread out.

Even so, the people working on the scene did not seem to care much about what was happening in the outside world.

...

Looking at the police officers in front of him Ogura Satoru couldn't help but once again begin shaking.

Seeing this, the officer couldn't help but shake his head.

"You don't have to worry, we aren't here to harm you, we're just here to ask you some questions," the officer as he looked at Ogura Satoru.

Hearing the words of the police officer's Ogura Satoru's eyes couldn't help but slightly light up as he quickly nodded his head.

"I understand, I understand," said the teen as he quickly nodded, as if he wanted the officer to clearly see that he had understood his words.

After a few moments, Satoru Began speaking.

"The moment I entered the building I noticed Kishibe Rohan sitting in a relatively recluse corner, reading manga, and as his most dedicated fan, I couldn't ignore this," said the teen, causing the police officer to nod slightly.

"After that, I approached Sir Kishibe to grant me an autograph, at first, I was very nervous, and because of this, I didn't approach him for a few moments, only watching him from a distance."

"Although I already knew that Kishibe Rohan was relatively handsome before this moment, it was after this moment that I truly realized just how handsome he was," said the teen, causing a rather weird expression to appear on his face.

"Because of this, I managed to defeat my fear and finally approach Mr. Kishibe Rohan, and ask him for an autograph."

"At first, Mr. Kishibe was rather cold, but after he discovered the fact that I was his fan, he became much warmer to me, even giving me an autograph on my manga volume," said the teen, causing his face to become somewhat numb as he remembered what had happened.

"After Mr. Kishibe gave me the autograph, I was extremely entranced by it, so much so that I blanked out,"

"You know very well what happened after that, it seemed as though only a moment had passed since I had lost consciousness when I saw Mr. Kishibe once again, but this time, the top half of his head was missing, having been blown off by a bullet," said the teen, causing an officer who hadn't seen the corpse become completely numb.

...

At the same time as Satoru was giving his confession, Reimi Sugimoto, who was stuck in the Ghost Girl's alley, couldn't help but raise her head, staring at the sky at the spirit in the sky which had just begun shouting.

Sadly though, Reimi could not understand the word that the figure was repeatedly shouting, prompting her to suddenly begin climbing up a nearby house, reaching the roof not long after that.

Staring at the figure, which had over half of it's head blown off, a grim expression appeared on Reimi Sugimoto's face, as she heard the word which was being shouted by the spirit.

'Vampire, Vampire, Vampire,'

Again and again, without stopping in the slightest, shouted the spirit, causing Reimi's expression to shift, as a cautious look appeared on her face.

"Was the killer a vampire?" mumbled Reimi as thoughts swirled into her mind.

Thinking about how many people the killer had actually managed to kill after all of these years, the fact that the killer was actually a vampire in hiding made perfect sense.

Sadly though, this theory left out a single thing, the way that the murders happened up until now.

Although the killer most often targeted women, even after he killed men, they would have one single thing in common, one thing that this new dead person differed by compared to the previous one.

No matter who the killer killed, and no matter how random, those people were unable to talk to Reimi in the slightest.

It was as if their minds had been completely annihilated from existence, making them unable to communicate with Reimi, something clearly false with the new spirit.

Suddenly, Reimi heard it, the distressed bark of her dog, Arnold, calling her to him.

Quickly, Reimi managed to get back to the ground before arriving near Arnold a few moments later, allowing her to see why he had called her.

Staring at the human being lying on the ground in front of her, lifelessly whispering the word vampire without any spirit in his eyes, terror appeared in Reimi's eyes for the first time in over a decade.

...

At this moment, in the real world.

"This is going to be trouble," mumbled a policeman as he stared at the now-dead body of famous manga artist Hirai Kazuo, whose brain was now lying on the floor.

Although the policeman didn't know where Hirai managed to obtain a gun, the fact that he managed to do so meant that both he and his police department had messed up big time and would be in for a world of hurt.
