Huhu,

It's time for a new Chapter.

=== 5th vision, the day before the barbecue party

This vision was somehow different... I wasn't just flying high above the ground but through the darkness. This place was built like a tunnel, left and right, but also below and above were different circular disks. On the disks, I could see a wide variety of landscapes, which were also changing. The tunnel looked endless, and there was also an infinite number of disks.

"Hello?"

I screamed into the void, but my voice just echoed into nothing.

Without warning, my body stopped. In front of me, there was a disk on where the sea was viewed. I saw my view of the ocean travel and stop at once. The sea was engulfed in darkness, and at one point, the Darkness reached the disk. The disk jumped to another place, an island. My view was at cloud level, and I could see the darkness moving towards the island like a mist over the sea. Everything disappeared into the darkness, and again the disk turned black.

Red cracks formed on the disk, and instantly the disk shattered into thousands of shards.

What was that?

I quickly looked at the surrounding disks, and some of the others had cracked as well. Other discs slowly turned black.

My body was pulled away. As I hovered by, I watched as more and more disks turned black and then shattered.

My body stopped in front of another disk. I passed a whole bunch of other disks and left them behind me.

"What!?"

The disk in front of me showed me the Statue of Liberty in NYC. I couldn't see happy tourists because the people I could see were running away in panic. Some people jumped into the water, others fled onto the boats, but no one could escape because the darkness spread too fast and swallowed everything.

The view changed. This time the CN Tower, Toronto, could be seen. I could see the darkness come and bury every skyscraper.

Everything changed again, and this time it was in Germany, at Cologne Cathedral. The streets were deserted. I could see how everything was devoured into the darkness.

It didn't stop, and many other cities followed after Cologne, such as Lyon, Seville, Cardiff, Florence, Athens, Singapore, Brasilia, Canberra, or Wellington. Each of these cities suffered the same fate, panicked people and the approaching darkness.

As a final consequence, the disc turned black, and the red cracks formed before the disk shattered as well.

"What is this here!"

I held my head. I had just watched how the life of the earth will come to its end, but I could not determine whether this strange room showed me the truth. This room showed me not only the end of the world but the end of all worlds.

And I always thought that humans would destroy the earth before the end of time.

I turned back and forth, but all the disks were gone. Only darkness surrounded me.

*kreeen*

The sound of a door could be heard, and with it, a beam of light fell on me. I looked at its source just to see a person's outline.

"Mistress?"

Without a chance to react, I was torn from the vision and was left with countless questions.

=== present

"True, normally not, but..."

I let my gaze wander to the pond.

"...today, it's somehow different."

My voice grew lower and lower, and I fell silent again as I looked across the pond.

"Yet again! Siana, what's wrong with you?"

Nicole nudged me again.

“...”

I couldn't think of words to explain what followed. I would reveal my secret to the girls. That could have grave consequences, but I had to take the risk that I wanted to know who conjured Ziz and what that person knew.

*crack*

The crack above the pond couldn't be overseen, and its cracking sound was so loud that everyone must hear it.

"What was that!?"

My mind was on the crack that I didn't notice who was saying that.

"I'm sorry, but you have to get out of here."

I wanted to send them away with the exact same sentence as in the vision from before.

"What are you talking about?"

Michelle was outraged and slapped the table with her hands, as in the vision.

"Don't you see that?"

I pointed to the crack over the water.

“What d-. What's this?"

Michelle wanted to continue complaining but changed her question.

"A crack."

"A crack?"

She repeated what I said.

“Yes, a crack. This crack is a portal."

"Wait! You want to tell me that this rift leads to another place or another world?"

“Correct, mostly something comes through the cracks, and that something is usually nothing good. So it's better that you flee from here."

*Bam*

Somebody hit me on the back.

"I won't run away!"

It was Tanya who shortened the dialogue with Michelle and said something that wasn't in the vision.

"What do you mean by that?"

Nicole was surprised by her statement.

"I'll fight. What else?"

"Wait a moment!"

Now I interrupted them because she said something absolutely absurd.

“You are unable to fight this creature. So please go!"

I begged her to leave, but Tanya did the opposite. She approached the rift.

The leviathan's claws pierced the rift and opened it wider.

“Gez! You have to get out of here! NOW! It's going to be way too dangerous!"

They ran, only Desmond remained. We exchanged our looks. He even had the glasses pocket in his hand, but I shook my head. He nodded and ran away as well.

Only Tanya didn't want to leave and was still standing near the rift.

"Unbelievable... the books... they were all true!"

Tanya didn't sound scared, but… rather fascinated.

"Tanya, you have to leave because I can't guard you."

Tanya looked at me and smiled with a big grin.

"Don't worry, Miss I keep a wolf as a dog."

"Hmmm... so you noticed."

“Of course, how could I not. Fen was the picture book wolf from the books my family had kept for generations. His real size is much bigger, right?"

My eyes went wide.

"Where do you know that from?"

"My family, at least our ancestors, come from far away, but I think you guessed that."

She knelt and put her hand on the floor.

"Can you keep watch for me?"

She closed her eyes after asking the question and started mumbling something.
