In the vast pitch black sky, star twinkling as though dancing in the heaven. The 7 moon shone brightly as contrast to the bleak sky.

Below the night sky is a city with mountains that peaks out the high cloud, this was of course the High cloud city. Within the city every single citizen was pass asleep or diligently cultivating. 

Inside a grand mansion with 2 layers of walls, A room occupied by a young man who was sitting down and looking at the window seeing the beautiful stars. His eyes shows a sense of curiosity beyond the star as if longing for something.

“Sheng jian why haven't you gone to sleep?” A handsome man with long white hair, his face did not have any facial hair making him rather androgynous. He wore a white robe with a motif of a serpent like dragon, as he approached sheng jian he gave a tender smile that radiate a calm aura.

“Father! I'm Sorry I just couldn't sleep since tomorrow is the examination.” he said without looking at his father for he was too engrossed looking at the endless jade in the sky.

His father looked at him with complicated emotion. He knows that this boy is longing for something yet he did not know. When he was young around 5 years old he was adopted by the heavenly dragon after finding him in a crumbling cave unconscious without any clothing and when he woke up it seem that he had forgotten who he was or where he came from.

The heavenly dragon family was a well known and respected family that help countless family and people, now that they saw a poor orphan alone and have nothing. They couldn’t help but pity the child.

His father was hesitant at first since bringing and adopting a child into a well known family may cause more pain to child but the child was well liked by all and was immediately accepted, specially by his wife.

He was extreme happy since he doesn't have any male heir that would pass his family name, he gladly accepted sheng jian.

As sheng jian grew he always see him looking beyond the sky, at first he did not think about it much since he was child its normal to be curious but one day sheng jian ask his father a particular question.

“Father why do we seek power?” tilting his head as he ask this simple question. His father gave him a simple answer that many would say.

“Son, we cultivator strive to gain power so that we could retain our youth and grow stronger.”

Sheng Jian eyes gave a confused look and pondered for a minute ask another question.

“Father what happened if you reach the pinnacle of strength? Is there such a thing as pinnacle? If there is endless was there any beginning?”

His father was speechless since all cultivator ought to reach the pinnacle of martial art but no one have attain such heights and he did not expect such a interesting question.

“Son, father do not know, how about you son do you know the answer to your questions?” he was also curious to the question and he felt that he suddenly felt he had gain wisdom. He didn't expect his son to gave an answer.

“Father have you not notice?”

“Notice what my son?” he brow wrinkle in confusion.

“Father like you said cultivator only sought out power to grow stronger yet what is true power? Is it strength? Or is it wisdom? Can strength be one who draw? Or the one who write?”

He gasped in shock after listening to his son. For the longest time cultivator sought power to gain strength and ascend to the heavens but none he had seen to have such profound way of thinking.

“Son thank you!” he couldn't help but thank his son for giving him enlightenment.

“Father there no need for you to thank me for a simple question” after that he continue to look at the star.

Even though he was 7 years old he already have profound way of thinking that help his father gain enlightenment. He remember all of this as he once again look at his son with curiosity.

“Son do not worry so much I know you will gain a heaven grade fleshly body!” he did not say this as a way to ease his son but he truly believes that his son would gain such a rare body.

“Son rest, for tomorrow will be big day.”

“I know father.” As he stop staring at the starry night sky. He began to go to bed, turning off a lamp that illuminated the room it was by powered by qi crystal.

“Then son I will excuse myself.” As he slowly shut the door behind him.

Sheng jian saw his father close the door then once again glance his gaze in the window and then slowly his consciousness faded away.

Inside a empty void with endless tiny shining orb, a Gigantic being float in the empty space. It hover above the shining orb, it body had a serpent like body which coiled around a colossal pagoda, that radiate a golden glow.

“The time has once again come.” spoke by a person that was hard distinguish if it was a man or woman, it wore fancy looking robe that platter with wind. 

It sat in a giant turtle about the size of an big island which was a top of colossal dragon with a serpent body, It's eyes had stars as thought it’s the universe. 

The person was looking at a giant orb contemplating on something with fear in its eyes. 

“I hope this time is different and that they would be able to change the whole ancient race, No change the whole heavenly great world.” As its eyes gave a determination look and reach out his hand to the giant robe as black and white energy burst out then enter the giant orb then was it suddenly shot out then disappear.

“Was it really necessary to give out one of your most valuable treasure?” suddenly multiple figure of people appear out nowhere, there neither a sound nor wind that indicates there arrival yet their aura was terrifying and calming at the same time that gave intense pressure.

There around 10 being with different appearances some had the appearance of human, some had horns and only had the appearance of a humanoid dragon, but all of them had multiple floating orb which vary in number.

“Little brat why bother you have done this billions of times!?” said a man with multiple metallic arms, he didn't wear any robes only martial art pants. He had a spiky hair and no facial with a muscular body that show the outlines.

“Asura let him be for even I believe that they may able to change the era of fate.” Said the person with the humanoid dragon appearance, It look at the person who asura scold with concern eyes.

“Bakunawa, I just hope that you do not forget that none had accomplished defying the great heavenly tribulation? You had already spend hundred millions years intervening the lower world.”

“I do remember but I do as well know that there will be a beings that defy the great heavenly fate.”

“Tsk that's depends if that people are willing to help us or betray us!” said asura as he spit with the speed of light that disappear in horizon with arm crosses.

“Do not mind him, husband, his only envious of you since you have won every single match when you fought him.” Said a woman with six beautiful bird wings as she wore magnificent robe that highlight her voluptuous curves.

“Indra, why are you talking abo-!” said asura with veins popping on his head but suddenly stop as all of them heard the sound of thunder echoing below the colossal dragon, he look seeing endless tiny shining orb.

“what is the meaning of this, bakunawa!?” said the humanoid dragon, as he saw multiple lightning striking the tiny shining orb.

“Hahaha it seems that my hard work wasn't in vain. I have finally open the restriction of the lower the world though it only lasted a hundreds it is enough!” Said Bakunawa as he grinning seeing that even though the restrictions was remove for a split second(for them at least) it was enough to make ripples of distortions.

“My creation I wish you safe journey, we will be waiting even it take a million years of reincarnation!”
