My training started the week after Jasper told me. I first started by learning how to make a fire in nature. I started meditating in the forest to see if I had any magical powers other than the spark. I could feel the spark beating as my heart was beating. I decided to keep a minute. I tried to synchronize my breathing with the sparks beating. As I did this, I could feel foreign particles entering my body. Green mana particles were dancing around me. Apparently I had a talent for magic.

So I asked Jasper to show me methods of methodical breathing. He described a few methods he used in the army and encountered during his travels. I started practicing accordingly. At the same time, I was trying to gauge which spell I was closest to.

It turned out that with the synchronization ratio I tried in the 2nd week of my training, I was closest to the blue and green magic, followed by the red magic. In his current tutorial, I focused more on green and blue.

The riverside was a very peaceful place. As my physical quality increases, so does the quality of meditation. Thanks to balanced diet, training and meditation, my senses began to improve. My attention level has increased. Green mana strengthened my vitality while blue mana increased the sharpness of my mind.

I started going to high school with the Edwards. The Cullens started to embrace me. I think I'm attached to them too, but my life as a planeswalker can be full of danger. Who knows, maybe Ywgamoth is after me.

4 weeks after starting training

"Hey Theon, Bella's coming back from her daddy's today, what do you say we bet if he likes you?"

"I don't bet, Emmett, but I don't think you'll like me if you're asking."

'Rosalie made the right point. Personally, I would prefer Bella not to give birth to a hybrid. Edward rushed over to Bella, "Bella, please listen. Don't be biased before you know Theon. I wanted you to talk to him because..."

Bella laughed harshly, "You ask me why I'm surprised? According to what they told you, you immediately accepted someone who knows everything about you. I've been dealing with it for 1.5 years and I'm less valued than someone who can attract the Volturi, even though they treat me like a stranger. When we started our relationship, the volturies should not come. You left me."

I withdrew silently because I didn't want to be involved in this situation. The emotional conflict between Bella and Edward was a matter for them to resolve among themselves.

Edward approached Bella, hands helplessly outstretched, "I did this to protect you, Bella. I love you and was afraid to put you in danger."

Rolling her eyes, Bella said, "Protection? You put me in danger even as I slept in my arms. I can clearly see that I can't dissuade you. But I won't let you include someone like Theon in my family."

  I stood silently near the wall and lowered my eyes. I didn't want to be a part of this conflict, but Bella's reaction impressed me. I also learned about the time zone.

Edward shook his head slightly, "Bella, there are things you don't understand. You'd be doing it wrong by excluding Theon."

Bella narrowed her eyes tearfully and stared at Edward, "It shouldn't have been this hard to trust you. I can't stand your secrets about your family any longer."

This intense dialogue between Edward and Bella echoed throughout the room. As I watched silently, I was trying to predict where the outcome of this conflict would lead.

Bella's eyes filled with tears, she looked like she was stuck in the middle of an inner conflict. Edward also moved closer to Bella, trying to hold her hand lightly. But Bella pulled back her hand and continued to stare at him.

"Edward, I don't know when to trust me," she said in a trembling voice. "I've shared everything with you, but I still feel like there are secrets you're keeping from me."

Edward took a deep breath, stepped towards Bella, trying to look into her eyes. "I wanted to tell you this, but I wanted to protect you. While the Volturi might attack us..."

Bella quickly cut her off and said, "You've decided to leave me, Edward. Not only when danger came, you determined what to hide from me. And now, how can I accept someone like Theon without my knowledge?"

As I watched in silence, the desperation in Edward's eyes and Bella's fragility flashed before my eyes. Had Edward decided to leave Bella? Well that was unexpected, but it wouldn't be right for me to comment without knowing what Edward was telling Bella about me, so I just kept watching.

Edward sighed deeply and slowly knelt down beside Bella. He grabbed her hand and looked deeply into her eyes. "Bella, I love you. I made my decisions about you only out of the desire to protect you. But I'm more afraid of losing you."

Bella's eyes were still filled with tears, but she felt she caught the sincerity in Edward's eyes. He had filtered out many thoughts and feelings during the conflict. Nodding slowly, he said, "I understand, Edward. But you need to reassure me. We must reveal our secrets to each other."

A slight smile appeared on Edward's face, "Yeah, you're right. I'll tell you everything. And I want you to get to know Theon too. I understand your concerns about him, but we couldn't just leave someone badly injured."

Bella hesitated for a moment, then gave me a faint glance. Nodding silently, he said, "Well, Theon, will you tell me your story too?"

I smiled faintly and told Bella the same story I told Edward.

The emotional burden between Edward and Bella seemed to have eased. I felt that a positive step was taken between them. I hope they could get along better in the future.

This incident gave me an enlightenment. I told Bella some of what I had told Edward, while I realized how much danger I had put this family that had embraced me. In 1.5 months, they made me feel like I had found my family. I couldn't endanger them.

I advised Bella to be a little softer. I did some research while training for survival for the next 4.5 months. There was more to this world than I thought.

So I decided to leave to protect my family, but that's the subject of the next chapter.
