Looking around, a boy with dark raven hair, black eyes, and scarred arms can be seen with curiosity evidenced in his dark abyss pupil. 

"Where am I?" He mumbles to himself not knowing what happened to him. He accesses his surroundings, trying to remember what brings him here. 

"Am I dead? I think I remember running from a watchdog when I stole some fruit to eat" he says in a low voice trying to figure it out. 

"If it is true, then I guess I don't need to worry about being hungry again" Smiling like a fool, he walks toward a plain white bed and lay there deciding to sleep. 

Time passed, and the boy didn't see anyone or a change of scene. Strangely, he also never experienced hunger or thirst and always felt full. 

Something always washed over him like an invincible force warming him, giving him strength. 

After an indeterminate amount of time, he started to grow bored. 

"Am I destined to be alone, even in this "Paradise" place?" He whispered with a voice filled with sadness. 

"Someone, anyone. Please answer me talk to me, Am I destined to be lonely?" Suddenly, he started to sob even if there were no tears on his face. 

"Sigh~ No, you are not alone. I have been watching your every move from the first day you were born. The day disaster struck. I am always beside you, looking after you and watching you grow then providing you your home to relax" 

Suddenly a voice filled with age wisdom and love echoes inside the space. 

Surprise, the boy looked around searching for the origin and owner of the voice. 

"Don't worry son, I am here and there. I am everywhere" 

"God" that the only thing that his uneducated brain can come up with an answer to. 

He has been living his street life struggling to live in a city filled with kidnappers, drug dealers, and many more doing many unfavorable tastes trying to survive.

One day he came across the church and heard some pastors talking about God's love and Forgive. He watches over his sons and daughters. 

That brings him to believe in God even if he confuses the two religions or cultures, he worships his God. The one who protects him, the one who shelters him, the one who gives him strength, and many more difficulties in his life. 

Looking up, deep down in his chest, he feels thankful for what he has experienced in life.

I had no concept of Right and Wrong. I am Selfish, I am Prideful and Not Perfect! The who I am" 

Hearing what the being says, the man knows what it means. 

"What now, God?" He asks not knowing what going to happen to him. 

"For believing in me, and staying true to yourself, I will grant you a chance in one of the universes created by humanity's thought" the being replied causing the man to frown not understanding what he meant. 

"This is also good. Many had been given a chance by my alter egos, but the result using the smallest detail they had, they tried to manipulate it in their favorable situations. Which gets redundant and boring. 

But you, my child, are an exception. Now, spin this wheel" 

Suddenly, a wheel appeared in front of him with many words on it, with the arrow magnifying the words it pointed to. 

Looking at the wheel, he frowns and spins it. 

Ignorant of his situation, the young man didn't know that he just signed up for reincarnation in a dangerous world...

Watching the wheel spin with words disappearing, it suddenly slowly spins and stops on Naruto's words. 

"Well, luck seems playing you" 

"What do you mean?" Not understanding, the man asks.

After saying that a box with a hole the size of an arm can be seen materializing in front of the boy. 

"I want you to dip your hand take one ticket and unfurl it" 

Complying, the man put his right hand grabbed a piece of paper, and took it out from the box. 

Looking at the golden ticket, he starts to unroll it and is welcomed with the word, Heavenly Restriction. 

"Another unlucky reward" he heard, causing him to frown why is that? 

Seeing that the man didn't understand a thing the being sighed and decided to shed a small light on him. 

"The Naruto World or the World of Chakra, is a world or universe filled with powerful and dangerous individuals. This will cause you to try and fight to survive. 

Hopefully, you can survive and live a longer life than twenty-something" 

When the man hears that, he almost screams in rage and curses the one who he faithfully believes in. 

"As for your second boost, it a Restricted to impose on others to seal a part of their powers and boost another. I.e, if the Restriction sealed your energy, you will have strong Physique with not even a shred of energy and vice versa." 

Hearing it, the man falls in despair, now he knows what ignorant bliss means. If he didn't know this, maybe he would have hope and be more free. 

"Worry not, young one. Spin another wheel, this time it will decide your ability that will follow you when you are born. If you want to restrict beside your chakra that is also good" 

Hearing about it, the man decided to try his luck and spin the wheel. 

In the same process, all the names became blurry until they slowly stopped and the arrow pointed to another word. 

Looking at the word, the man didn't understand what it meant.

The being however is startled and then chuckles.

Hearing what the being said, the man squinted his eyes then started to think what was so special about it but then he remembered what the being said. 

(Heavenly Restriction, Sealing parts of something can boost either a Physique or Energy. This can only work for example, When the heavenly restrictions are imposed on the energy aspect, it will grants a massive boost to the Physique to Superhuman Level with no amount of energy. If it is imposed on the Physique, it will grant a massive improvement of Energy with a frail Physique) 

Recalling that and his state when he was in the street, he decided to exchange the Cultivation Level for his Physique. 

"I know what to do, I want to use the Heavenly Restriction to seal the Cultivation Level" 

Hearing his answer, the being chuckles then a snapping sound is heard and he vanishes from the white space.

With that, the young man vanished on the spot and started a new journey. A journey where more dangers lurked than his previous homeless life.
