I think it's time I stop writing this novel.
I started this just to see what it feels to write an interactive novel but...it's actually hard.
I thought it would be easy but it's hard to...well, plan things ahead. I don't really know what to do with this anymore and even I get confused tracking the votes and choices made as well as what quests or items he gets...
Maybe it was the theme that was wrong in the first place. Maybe if I had controlled the background story a bit more, then it may lead to something.
But as it is, this was really a blank world where I make stuff up each day. XD
Maybe I'll write a similar one in the future...maybe not.
For now, I'm going to focus on my two ongoing stories. Ultimate Fruit and Reborn as Batman's Little Brother.

Is it possible for you to rewrite this story without the input from the readers? I feel that the story is rather interesting and it would be a waste to give up on it.

Do you have any recommendations for something similar since you said you saw a few which were close to this.
The concept in general isn't bad but I guess you overdid it a bit with what the reader can vote about, causing you to take too much into consideration.
I guess it would have been fine to do the basic settings like world, system, goal etc. In the beginning and than only get more votes when bigger live decisions are coming up.
After Rei helped Andrew his personality was pretty much decided. In case you want to rewrite the story, that would be a good starting point. Hopefully I am still checking what you are writing when that time comes.
