Frenia Lore

Physical Appearance:
Frenia is an imposing figure, standing at an extraordinary height of approximately 3 meters, making her the tallest known individual among humanity. Her physique is muscular and powerful, reminiscent of an Amazon or a barbarian warrior, yet her form remains undeniably feminine, with voluptuous curves, large breasts, and wide, seductive hips. Her facial features are youthful, with a short haircut in a deep shade of dark brown. Her defining Retter Messiah trait is that of a bear, giving her small bear-like ears and a stubby bear tail. However, these features are much less prominent compared to the wings of Mary or the Bunny-like ears of Luyira, often going unnoticed unless pointed out. Her eyes are a striking amber, glowing faintly with a primal intensity, while her facial structure carries an Asian elegance. Her skin is a bronzed tan, lighter than Luyira’s but still carrying a sun-kissed glow.

Combat Style and Abilities:
Frenia’s fighting style is raw, primal, and devastating, closely resembling that of Hulk. She relies heavily on her physical strength and invulnerability, engaging in brutal hand-to-hand combat that maximizes her overwhelming power. She often improvises with her surroundings, throwing boulders, cars, or whatever large objects she can find to overpower her enemies. Unlike Luyira or Mary, Frenia struggles with projecting or visualizing magic and thus almost never uses it. She is also not proficient in healing or the finer aspects of Retter Messiah abilities, though this is more a reflection of her mental block and trauma rather than her inherent potential. As a Retter Messiah, she possesses the capacity to transcend all limits, including creating, healing, and wielding unfathomable abilities. However, Frenia often views herself as a "brainless brawler without hope," a perception that stems from deep emotional scars.

Trauma and Personal Struggles:
Frenia carries a profound trauma rooted in her inability to save her past lovers, most of whom were hunters who fought alongside her. She intentionally avoided relationships with civilians or weaker individuals, knowing they would die even faster, but this only deepened her feelings of limitation and guilt when her hunter partners perished in battle. These repeated losses have left her with a deep sense of inadequacy and a belief that she cannot protect the ones she loves, despite her immense strength.

Relationships:

  • With Mary: Frenia loves Mary like an elder sister and looks up to her for emotional and spiritual guidance. Their bond is incredibly strong, with Mary often serving as a grounding force for Frenia’s volatile emotions.
  • With Aido: Frenia’s relationship with Aido is complex. While she doesn’t harbor romantic feelings for him in the traditional sense, she sees him as the first man capable of truly standing beside her as an equal, much like Mary does. She views Aido as a potential eternal "friend with benefits," someone she can trust and be intimate with without fear of loss or betrayal. However, Aido consciously rejects her advances, as he is possessive by nature. Aido’s selfishness extends to wanting many women for himself but being unwilling to share them with other men. Frenia is aware of this, as are the other girls, which is why Mary understands that Aido will never choose Frenia as a partner. Despite this, Frenia does love Aido deeply, though over time she will come to see him more as a familial figure than a potential lover.
  • With Others: Frenia often gravitates toward people who are more physical and grounded, like Leonidas and the dwarves of Hjalmar, rather than intellectual types. Their straightforward, no-nonsense nature makes her feel more at ease.

Personality and Leadership:
Frenia is a natural leader, both due to her immense physical strength and her inherent wisdom. She is nurturing and often takes on the role of an older sister, guiding and protecting those around her. However, despite her outward strength and confidence, Frenia is deeply sensitive and carries the weight of her own "demons." She feels a strong connection to those who, like her, struggle with their inner turmoil. Her compassion and fierce protectiveness make her a beloved figure among her allies, even as she battles her own insecurities.

Sexuality and Aggressiveness:
Frenia is far more sexually aggressive and active compared to Mary and the others. This is one of the reasons Aido keeps her at a distance romantically, as her nature conflicts with his possessive tendencies. Frenia herself isn’t "in love" with Aido in a conventional sense but values him deeply as someone who can stay by her side without fear of her strength. She also appreciates his compassion and humanity, seeing him as a rare kindred spirit in a world where she often feels isolated by her power and responsibilities.

Time and Wisdom:
Like Mary, Frenia has been awake for centuries, giving her a wealth of experience and knowledge. Despite this, she often underestimates her own worth, labeling herself as a "fighter with no hope." Her self-deprecating view contrasts sharply with how others see her—as a towering symbol of strength and reliability.

Final Notes:
Frenia’s duality is what makes her such a compelling character. On the one hand, she is a near-invincible warrior, capable of feats that defy comprehension. On the other, she is a deeply flawed, emotionally scarred individual, constantly battling the fear of losing those she cares about. Her journey is one of self-acceptance, learning to embrace not only her physical strength but also the emotional and spiritual connections that make her who she is. Even as something superior to a goddess, Frenia remains profoundly human in her struggles and desires.
