Prisoner 242 was framed for six brutal murders he did not commit and sentenced to serve in prison for his entire life without a possibility of parole. In prison he was tortured and tormented finally slipping into a vegetative state.

Even as a Prisoner 242 in prison slipped away from reality, another persona slipped out crawling from the graves of those who had been supposedly killed by him, crawling out of their grave and with a new identity, he now seeks revenge on those who framed him.
