This story is based on the transcript of a game of Lasers and Feelings in which I was the DM and my friends are the players.
The players decided the actions and dialogue of their characters. I moved the story forward, took notes and have added descriptions, some of the back story and the inner thoughts of the characters.
I've also slightly changed the starting premise of the game. Instead of being crew, they are passengers.
