So this fic is really overrated at 4.5/5 stars. 

Grammar 5/10 : Not very good. Constantly uses uppercase "He" when its not even the beginning of a sentence and constantly using "is" instead of "it's". There are few other minor mistakes as well

Story 4/10: Really generic. I dont know why people are calling it unique, but its really generic and many things feel really forced. (Generic time travel into past to save the world again).

Character 4/10: Like this HP doesn't really have much defining personally other than mature and maybe apathetic? Like its so mind numbing.

I was not expecting this to be as good as it is. Good writing, good pacing, and some cliches (not too bad though). All in all, a pretty solid start. I read all 200-ish chapters in 3 hours and can safely say that I am hooked.

Regarding romance, the MC hasn't confirmed anything as of ch 213, but as readers, it's fairly clear to see which of the girls has the hots for him. I have no problem with this being a harem, I just want to see it done properly. 

The MC is smart, ruthless, and efficient. He is somewhat dense at times although that seems like him acting oblivious. He does divulge his secret pretty early on to some people (no spoilers) and it was done quite satisfactorily.

I'm really impressed with the quality of this story. One of the best Potter fics around, altho it doesn't say much since most of them are in my opinion lacking. The protagonist is interesting, his story expanded, his motivation explained. The plot is slightly altered so it is less predictable and more exciting, but those differences are nicely explained. Pacing is good, action scenes and magic duels are a bit scarce, but when they happen they are solid. I personally like the overall hearthwarming tone of the story, despite Harry being a bit cold and ruthless. There are ocasionall typos, but it is acceptable, it is free online fic afterall.

 My only critique is the lenght of chapters, I much prefer longer chapters, even with less frequent uploads. But there is a decent amount of story here already, let's hope for it to continue

Its an interesting idea but the author uses every cliche trope in existence so this story can only be average at best. Harry is just a side character at this point. He's hiding his abilities, acting dumber, weaker, all the boring stuff you can get from cliche tropes. Characters make really dumb actions to force the story in a certain direction. At this point harry has no point to exist at least not yet and 30 chapters in nothing has been impressive, im still waiting to be dazzled or impressed but im starting to doubt that'll happen.

Honestly surprised at how good this fic is. It's quite enjoyable. Harry in this story isn't a wet blanket and will deal with enemies harshly when antagonised. The setting of this story is in depth and well explored. Overall a fun read, if you are not looking for much romance as it is quite limited as of the latest chapter at the time of this review (229).

This story is definitely overrated. By quite a bit. If you haven't read many fanfics, or are new to HP fanfics, then it's an interesting enough story. But it's not a good story.  The only thing this story has going for it is the number of chapters available to binge. All in all, this is something to put at the very end of the back burner for when you've exhausted all the other stories you've wanted to read and got nothing else before looking for more.

Truly, it was a deeply moving experience. I find myself reflecting on the story, reliving key moments, and returning to that bittersweet conclusion. It’s heartbreaking, yet that is the nature of a well-told tale.

From a technical standpoint, the grammar is solid, and the character development is handled exceptionally well.

This fanfiction is truly worth reading—I highly recommend it.
