Types of bosses
basic bosses - a boss that can randomly spawn in fields or regions (usually spawns after a player kills a large number of mobs or beings of the same type in an area)
Field Bosses- a boss that spawns when certain things happen ( a dungeon in reaction to a quest so on)not every area has field bosses.
Region Bosses- each region has one region boss takes a series of events such as multiple battles with bosses and field bosses is usually a boss that is a higher level than all other mobs and begins in the area. can be handled in two ways violent and nonviolent rewards differ according to how they are handled.
Example: bosses that have already been mentioned
Brewed mother millipede- a 10-meter long giant millipede a basic boss spawns after a player kills 5 adult centipedes
Baneseep -A creature similar to a Snail that is the size of full-grown cow know to feed off the vitality of plants and leaves a trail of corrosive poison in its wake. ( a field boss spawns during the quest Seeping poison)
players start with 3 when they first start the game
Quest GWP Equation: (x +20)y +3/2
x=players GP with the quest giver
y= gain from an interaction
always affect the original giver (they earn the original amount of GP from 1st quest of the chain per section finished )
The player needs 661 GP with class NPC to unlock job upgrades.
GP earned when interacting outside of Quests
infamous PKers earn -2 GP infamous status is shown with a red name you loose infamy by not killing for 1 in-game day (30min IRL)
PKers earn -1 GP have orange name almost back to being a regular player
The player is friends with NPC that is disliked by the one they interact with +0
Neutral relationship with NPC +1
Friend of this NPCs friend +2
A friend with Npc +3
Guided Skills: Skills learned from reading books Can be either passive or non-passive.
Action Skills: Skills that are learned by doing a specific Action there are two types of action skills ones that need only one use to activate and ones that need multiple uses.
Examples of Guided skills are: The barrier(shield){non passive} and Foraging(a skill that helps players identify forage able goods{wild food and potion ingredients})[life skills ]{a passive skill}
Examples of Action skills are: Detect (allows a player to detect the nearest Being or mob) a single-use skill{a single-use unlock skill} and Basic Knife Control a skill that allows a player to prepare ingredients with a knife for cooking one of the eight kinds of knife skills { a multiple-use unlock skill.}
Well it’s a good story but the chapters need to have more substance.
Like use descriptions of the places that he visits describe more his emotions or something like that to make the story more interesting.
