I believe fafics can be separated into three categories: the wish fulfillment trash (this is the majority of fanfics), the good fanfics (this is one of them) and the masterpieces that even though they are fanfics manage to become their own story (they can be appreciated even if you don't read the original). This story depends on the fact the reader read the original (Fairy Tail), skipping many emblematic scenes, but as I said this only means that it's not a masterpiece (I mean, if they were common they wouldn't be called masterpieces), for fans of Fairy Tail it should be quite entertaining. The grammar is relatively good, but there are times were the punctuation is kinda bad. This book is really good overall and the author seems to be doing his best, so I recommend that you give this story a chance.
