Chu Xuan traversed the Mystic Azure Realm and became a demonic cultivator in the Infinite Sect. To cultivate as a demonic cultivator means to plunder the essence of the heavens and earth and seize the quintessence of all things. One has to slaughter countless beings to rise as a supreme demon lord.
However, such killing was intolerable under the heavenly Dao of the human race. Consequently, the Infinite Sect was annihilated by the orthodox sects. In desperation, Chu Xuan stumbled upon a Blood Mirror, which allowed him to travel to a post-apocalyptic planet overrun with zombies!
He realized that this place was a perfect sanctuary exclusively for demonic cultivators! If he dared to sacrifice a million humans, the heavenly laws would strike him with thunder and burn him to ashes. But if he sacrificed a million zombies, not only would he face no disasters, but he would also be showered with golden blossoms, enveloped in glorious light, and blessed with merits!

What to expect:
No harem
Worlds traveler and broker
Demonic cultivation with great merit
Multiple ways of cultivation: Gu insects, puppets, pill and tool refining
One of my favorite ongoing stories.
Pros: No obvious writing errors, great premise, good pacing and consistent new chapter/updates
Cons: fights between higher level cultivators don't seem to cause enough damage to those around them and the environment with there clashes with no explanation given? Like fighting in the sky and avoiding others or something.
Otherwise this is the first cultivation story I've read that I've actually continued to read and the only reason I'm actively looking for more like it!! Would highly recommend if you're looking for a story to get started in the cultivation setting. 5 ⭐️ out of 5 ⭐️!!
@bandefry Keep up the good work ? I can feel your improvement from your earlier work on your other cultivation work. Also I would like to know if you have any other story's posted on different sites/platforms? I've read both of the ones you have posted on this site.
Waiting for your next chapter

Very mediocre. The premise is cool, the MC gains an artifact that lets him hop from a Xianxia to a zombie apocalypse earth. He uses demonic techniques which require human corpses so he sources vast quantities of them from the zombie infested china. This is where the quality of the story drops. The side story regarding the zombie apocalypse is half hearted at best. That wouldn't be a problem if the main story was decent which it happens to not be.
There is no substance to the plot, merely a cycle of "kill enemy cultivators, get an artifact from them that they would never logically have which is super useful to the MC, find a place to rest, go to apocalypse world, go 3-4 cultivation stages up, get something really super useful from apocalypse which shouldn't be possible there, return to cultivation world, repeat."
Apparently the apocalypse world has super powered people which is just an excuse for the MC to get even better loot from a mortal world. I could pick apart each chapter and find 3-4 key points which makes no sense whatsoever.
Overall this is not worth reading.

A interesting twist on the whole demonic cultivation stuff.
I believe that it's got potential and hape the author keeps up the good work.

Good enough. It's not the type of story that gets you hooked and keep thinking about it for hours, but it's more of a little enjoyment. Grammar's good, paragraphs don't look like sh*t, although the story does keep mentioning stuff that I simply do not care. After reading a few chapters and almost dropping it, I learned that you probably should just skim over the part explaining our MC's powers and whatnot. It really makes the journey in reading much easier. If that doesn't work either, just skim over a lot of what's happening in the zombie apocalypse earth. TLDR: If you're just searching for a novel, at least try this thing for ~5-CH to see if it's your cup of tea or not, as I feel this novel is really for a certain group of people rather than the majorities.

The story is a bit interesting. There is almost no grammatical error. MC is well fleshed as heartless. But I give it three stars for mostly two reasons.
One star subtracted due to inability to show a battle between greater cultivators. It is as if two qi cultivators are fighting even when two nascent souls engage. Where is destruction to the environment, the craters, gulleys etc etc. Also very short fights without much substance.
Another star subtracted due to lack of story. What is MCs goal? Just kill and get stronger? He is intelligent. He must have a purpose. Also, the zombie world is not explored much and much of its potential is wasted.
