Normally I don't leave reviews unless I have something good to say about a novel, but this time I'll make an exception. This story is the perfect example of good idea, bad execution. To summarize, the story revolves around three major themes which are the protagonist's transformation into a dragon girl, his relationship with his best friend and his trip to another world; and of those three points all of them were poorly executed. His transformation is confusing as f**k and the way the protagonist reacts and deals with it afterwards feels super fake and downright vain, beyond refusing to wear women's clothes and having a fetish with nudity, the protagonist doesn't seem to give a sh*t. His best friend is just a selfish, hypocritical and manipulative jerk who, without giving a sh*t about his best friend's feelings, constantly mocks his situation and his misfortune, not hesitating to use the protagonist to promote his own agenda which is to make a harem of girls that he seeks out just to f**k and that he almost certainly mentally manipulates with his abilities. The other world is described in an extremely lazy way, using more qualifying adjectives than actual descriptions and only using real-world stuff for anything deeper under the pretext that another summoned hero must have brought it there. If you want to read a story where the best friend seems like an NTR isekai protagonist and the real protagonist is constantly insulted and manipulated, this story is for you.
