In the enchanting world of Almatria, life is intertwined with the spirits that dwell in plants, animals, materials, and natural phenomena. Yet, after numerous wars, the bond between humans and spirits is fading, creating a divide between those with power and those without.
Amidst this turmoil, siblings Libel, Luminita, and Clara—unable to see the spirits—find themselves orphaned and taken in by the vast western country of Plato. Despite facing prejudice as outcasts, they band together and, with the support of newfound allies, begin to carve out a place for themselves.
As they grow, the siblings delve into the secrets of their world. They encounter the Hoshiwatari, guardians of history and culture; Contezio, the luminary of creation mythology; and Maginanicus, the lost art of mysticism. Their journey leads them to the "Rain of Sebewitalif," an event that transforms their reality into a mythical realm filled with fairies, yokai, therianthropes, and revenants.
Through these adventures, Libel, Luminita, and Clara discover not only the hidden truths of their world but also their own inner strengths and identities.
