The English is fine, the grammar is fine, both of which meaning its already above average for this site. The issue comes with the lack of summary information, I went into this expecting a fanfic of "The Boys" and instead ended up with a care bears episode wearing homelanders skin. I have all the tags of "naive" "childish" and "selfless" turned off and normally read through the summary to make sure it's not another hero complex story but not only did this story not have any of those tags it also had no information about the protagonist in the summary. The closest you could get was "an extraordinary heart"? But that says so little in comparison to the expected "DO NOT READ THIS IF YOURE A FAN OF THE BOYS OR HOMELANDER OR ANY OF THE CHARACTERS IN THIS NOVEL" so I ended up dissapointed.
There are countless stories about an idealistic young boy being granted overwhelming power and deciding to take it upon himself to clean the world of whatever hypocritical and shallow "evil" he can find, usually by ruffling their hair a bit and then letting them loose on the world again because he thinks they'll change. Why they have to be infused into a fanfic about the boys I'm not sure, but the combination of such out of character behaviour and the lack of warning in the summary tells me it was a concious decision, after all if you'd let people know this isn't going to be what they're looking for they wouldn't read a few chapters in before figuring that out.

This is actually a pretty decent story so far.
Not something to write home about, but in comparison to a lot of other stories out there this is still quite excellent.
Just don't read this story with the intent to take it seriously, just treat it as a neat little what-if story.
