I've been following Witches of Welland collection of stories since Nikki through to the most recent Forty-eight Hours and have found this to be an thoroughly enjoyable read. Witches of Welland is a nice piece of fantasy with magic set in our world and time. The series engages with a number of themes, scenarios, tropes and genres and tells the story of the start and growth (though a variety of means and connections both day to day and unexpected) of a Coven of Witches. The stories are written through an LGBT lens and includes trans, nb and lesbian characters.

Pay attention to content warnings! This series plays a lot with identity change and identity death, which can be bothering for some. Which is valid.

It also has good quality writing, like everything PurpleCatGirl writes.
If you want some more synopsis though, consider: what if any problem could be solved by turning it into a teenage girl? You'll notice the pattern quickly ?
