Wells has fought to be the person he is now. A person he is happy to be. He’s reckless, he’s sportive, he’s out at night doing parkour and aspires to move out of the smallish coastal town he lives in and to the bigger cities at the first opportunity that presents itself. He gets along well with everybody at school, he’s left behind that other person he used to be.

But then he contracts S-14, a virus that slowly but surely turns his body into that of a girl. There are ways to remove the virus from his body and turn back the effects, but the procedure is complex and the waiting times are long.

But Wells is determined. He’s going to be the same person he fought so hard to be by the end of all this. But does he even know the person he is?
