Somewhere in Japan, a tourist commits suicide as a last hurrah to avoid returning back to their miserable life, only to be possessed by a fox spirit contained in a mask they carried. In Tennessee, a girl runs away from home after becoming a succubus, becoming a lady of the night working in a brothel. And a world-class hit-man attempts to leave her job, hoping to find a new lease in life as a mother. All of them end up in New Xanadu, a city that exists beyond the human realm where myths and magic come to find their place.
