The story is interesting and pretty well done. The "Adult" moments are acceptable as well...
I have to only give 3 stars though as I'm just not in to vicious and unjust torture just for the fun of it.
Typical Villain stories (where the MC is born/reincarnated into a character who is meant to be a villain but he actually isn't) and Anti-Hero stories are great for me. But straight up sociopathic MCs are not my cup of tea, and this MC is 100% a sadistic sociopath

this is a great story, the trend is good right now and we have not reached the GRIMDARK right now but I think it's coming per author's words. The mystical and magician energy world of the story is great it is not very LITRPG and table and number crunching style more mysterious that I think is a bonus and the family is great. The smutty chapters are enjoyable and not flat and it is not been repetitive, also the scenes have been happening were they should be happening it is not just let's do it as many times as possible it is more that the scenes that it happens are revealed. Also I like the fact that author is not writing a diary style story and is writing things that happen and are important and it has slice of life too but it is not excessive and every chapter has meaning.
