A narcissistic and obsequious office backstabber, Dalton is the favourite of the higher-ups at Isekai Inc. A model employee, Dalton is a monstrous and charismatic human hell-bent on achievement at all costs, and most of Dalton's empathy for others is buried beneath his drive to succeed. He often destroys lives for the sake of getting the praise of his bosses, and is the sort of man who will do whatever it takes to get even the slightest bump in a performance review.
A kind-hearted man who tries to blend in among the staff at Isekai Inc, Vincent is a man who is focused on helping as many people as he can while still staying in his job, trying to save as many people as he come from becoming victims of the other reincarnation officers like Malarie does. A little more positive than Malarie is, Vincent has come from a background in sales, and is more used to the drudgery of the workplace than Malarie. Though he might not save everybody, Vincent makes sacrifices to ensure that he can keep his job - helping more people in the long run, but dooming more people in the immediate.
The book-smart librarian in charge of the Alexandrium, Belgor is a muscly giant, yet also a prolific reader. Though he looks more at home with a war-axe than a book, first impressions often deceive when it comes to Belgor. He is an incredibly articulate and well-spoken individual, with near impeccable pronunciation, and can become rather giddy at the prospect of people putting their faith in him. Belgor takes care of the Alexandrium, a seldom visited part of Isekai Inc. meant to help people scour through universes to find the perfect one for a reincarnating person. However, due to the mission of the higher-ups to create lives of suffering, few people are interested nowadays in frequenting the Alexandrium - and so Belgor spends most of his time alone, ecstatic at the prospect of even a single visitor.
A woman with a long upturned nose and a snobbish demeanour, Esmeralda is an ice-cold woman with little in the way of compassion, and is in hot competition with Dalton for the top spot at Isekai Inc. A calculating schemer, Esmeralda is the kind of woman who stops at nothing to achieve her goals, and will leverage anything she can in order to get ahead. Much like Dalton, though far more cunning and far less narcissistic, Esmeralda is a woman with mostly mysterious motives - trying to accomplish mostly shadowy ends. She never lets a good opportunity go to waste if it means getting ahead.
Malarie's old mentor, who has since passed for unknown reasons. Malarie looked up to her with intense admiration, but watched as she fell apart within the organisation, due to the bureaucracy's machinations. What became of her is a mystery.
Very creative premise. I loved how the words flow, simply making my brain churn out an intriguing image of what is happening. As I dwelled deeper into the words and world of the character, I could feel a nice build of tension and thrill. It feels I'm prowling and bathing in the details, and in the end of the chapter. Boom! So that was what happened. Anyway, my only regret is that its a bit slow-paced for me (personal bias so ignore me). If you like a nice change of pace from generic isekai and lit-RPG. This will definitely be a nice read for you.

It's an an office story - where the job is to play God and chose the next life for souls.
The premise of the story is interesting, Malarie is in charge of choosing the next life for dead souls. While corruptions has taken hold and most employees like to make the reincarnations fun for their bosses, Malarie just wants to give them a good new life and works hard for it. Fighting the system and facing the wrath of her boss.
It's written in the first person and we see the world through the eyes of Malarie as she explores the world. As far as grammar goes, I didn't see anything flaws that interrupted the flow of reading, so kudos on that.
The massive flaw I found is that it is essentially just another day in the office albeit a strange office that handles reincarnation. The job is repetitive with the usual side-charaters of bitchy office mates and the good at heart asshole co-worker that's just a bitch to keep the job.
Don't get me wrong, the characters are flushed out and we see each character with a different personality, but the repetition of the work made me skip a lot of the text.

I like the description of the story but I can't get the big picture of the story. This story is a slow-paced with a vivid description but I have my complaints
The story is about a person named malarie who after death became a reincarnation manager whose supposed goal is to make the life of people they manage suffer but malarie does the opposite by understanding their previous life and giving them a suitable life based on that. This lands her in trouble with her boss whom she just ignores.
this is my complaint.
How can a story of a person who becomes a stronghold become popular with immortals. Isn't it just a 2 line story.
