Description: Anomaly A-34698 appears as an ordinary department store but is believed to have formed from the lingering resentment of those who perished nearby on "Judgment Day." The space within the store exists in a separate dimension, creating unique and terrifying spatial distortions. Individuals who enter the store simultaneously cannot interact or even see each other. Observers on the outside report hearing only fragments of disjointed conversations, as if the targets are speaking to empty air. By nightfall on days when operations within A-34698 fail, distorted and headless corpses often appear in front of the store in grim displays.

Threat Level: PURPLE

Description: Anomaly A-00415 was accidentally discovered while tracking another anomaly. Access to A-00415 appears to involve a specific ritual using blood to open a gate leading to its location. Initial observation revealed only a broken altar, with no immediate response from our F-level agent’s visual or sensory feeds. The Tree of YGG registered faint traces of A-Wave activity, but only minimal amounts.

We mistakenly believed A-00415 had been eliminated.

On /02/1048, Anomaly A-00415 reappeared and consumed H13 City in a massacre. The sole survivor was a stationed B-level agent whose self-healing abilities enabled them to escape, albeit with the loss of both eyes. Since this incident, sightings of A-00415 have ceased.
