I love lore, kingdom building and politics but believe the one star review. It is boring as hell in second arc and the chapter are irrelevant to both plot or filler.
There more than 50 irrelevant chapters that doesn't even meet that requirement of filler. At least filler need some creativity from author. There no progress in plot for 50 chapter. It just recounting original plot with two to 10 short sentences of useless comments form the q&a chat for each chapter.

First arc is great, the second one is so boring that I found myself done with work ahead of time, because half way through a chapter I would go for something less boring like doing my actual job, something I do every day, for every working week for the last 5 years was more appealing, and I do that in auto, without conscious thoughts, take that as you will. Now it feels that it takes 20 chapters for a draw, I'm out.
