This story was really good at the beginning but it evolve into something really disappointing to the point that I feel stupid for sticking to this story for so long. At the beginning the story was entertaining and I expected some interesting development. But now more than 90 chapters later I do not see anything interesting anymore.
This novel can be divided into three distinctive parts. First (something around 25 chapters) that works as introduction to MC-s situation and the world itself. This is the part which makes the expectation to the story rise high. The MC is a typical hated protagonist who wants to save his new family by working behind the scene which is cliche but is ok.
The second part (maybe another 50 chapters) is absolutely horrible to the point that I wonder if the same people was writing it. Everything MC is doing is hidden from the readers and barely mentioned and a literal army of side characters with little to no relevance to the MC is introduced. Which could be fine if they could really interact with the MC in the first place aside of some short awkward dialogues sometimes. There are two almost completely separate stories in this part and MC-s part is really boring and annoying. And in the end of this part everyone loves MC! Is that really how human interactions works?
The third part so far consist mostly of endless battles between side characters and some unknown new enemies. There is also a long explanation of how all this families are connected to each other but after so many chapters without those explanations it is of no importance anymore.
Starts out pretty good, picking up the pieces of his bodies' life and making different choices in the first volume. The second volume, well, the easiest way I can describe it is it's like the MC is being cheated on by his own story and he blames himself for it. He's constant being sh*t on by others including all good friends and seems to think he deserves it. It's so f**king frustrating when your MC is just whiny and pathetic.
A very interesting premise. The reactions to the MCs change are rather novel. The MCs internal monologue is reminiscent of overlord: insecure and mild on the inside, but comes off as intimidating and prideful, with elements of good.
The main thing I dont like is how short the chapters are for how often its released. Their length would be good if it was a bi-weekly release, however a five minute read every week really diminishes this stories impact.
And while the MCs monologue and the supporting characters reactions are novel, if it continues it will end up getting repetetive and the MC will end up getting bland. I feel like this story will need a well thought out romance to develope the MC and keep him from getting stagnant.
All in all a slolid 3.5 story so far, but I bumped it up to a 4.
Can't recommend this novel enough, it uses the "reincarnated into ***", but unlike most of its brothers, it's actually good, with nice plot, no omnipotent RPG screen or system (everything at least tries to make sense and be reasonable) and a human protagonist, who isn't beta just because he's Japanese, but puts some logic behind his actions.
Seriously though this is a great take on some common tropes all mixed together with a twist, along with plenty of originality and with an intriguing story and premise. A good read for people who want something both similar, yet different to other existing stories.
The story is very well developed so far and I personally like its type of writing, but from this chapter onwards it is of paramount importance that you put an action arc, and after that if you can seek to create interactions of a romantic nature, with the only character female outside of her relatives who I think the protagonist really gets along with is her homeland librarian Klata.
In my opinion they have good chemistry and the way they interact gives this feeling that they would make a great couple.
And please don't collect Harem because the protagonist's personality wouldn't do, unless he totally breaks his typical behavior, then I would stop reading after all I'm reading to know the story of one character not another.
The story seems pretty interesting. The MC tries to stay away from danger and action, and while this does somewhat fit his character, you can't help but feel annoyed when the MC lets himself be trampled over so much. Tension often gets built up for the reader and doesn't get released in a good form. It gets to the corner of action and jumps back into slice of life when it's about to fall over into fighting category. There are two times that I remember when he fought, both times he wasn't really in danger. One time (minor spoiler)

Overall, it's a good read but it really lacks action and avoids actually difficult confrontational situations.
If you're expecting deep world building and an in-depth magic system, this is not the story for you. This story focuses more on characters, and in particular the MC, as most others don't really have a personality outside of their role. There are a lot of characters with interesting lore behind them, but a cool backstory does not excuse a lack of character.
Also, the MC has the Gary Stu trait of having people instantly like him when they begin talking to one another, which slowly gets annoying. Even the character that has said that they will forever hate the MC, and will never like him, you can see that they will eventually forgive them and become friends again.

The MC is also insistent of staying out of the Hero group's way, because of his past with them, and not wanting to affect the world's story. Recently, though, he's befriended one of the Hero's friends! What happened to staying out of the path of the Hero and his friends in an effort to not change the story and have the world be saved by them?!

However, my rating of a story is based on how much I enjoy reading the story, and these nitpicks have not yet affected my experience negatively. That is why I give the story 5 stars.
