I generally don't like Xianxia, Xuanhuan or cultivation novels. This novel contains a lot of the stuff that I don't like about them, but most of those things are stuff that more or less defines the genre, so I cannot hold that against the author or let that influence the rating that I give.

What I absolutely loath though is that you usually have a "genius" protagonist, who schemes and does petty stuff and obviously can't make a plan to save their life. I feel as if I can hold that against the story, that's not the fault of the genre, but a failure of the author that can't write a story with an intelligent character.

I don't know if this story is originally made by the author if yes then your skills are really comparable to those other xianxia novel I read, I really like the plot of the story as it's uncommon for xianxia novel to have that kind of plot and I like how you made the MC's personality develope and you really made me cry author... good story author you deserve a 5/5 rating out of me!

I enjoyed reading this till the latest chapter. I couldn't bear to put it down and when I did reach the latest chapter I had to go back and reread the novel again.

I am absolutely charmed by the main character and how he handles his situation. I enjoy every word and marvel at every step. I highly recommend this novel especially to those readers who have read several wuxia or xianxia novels.

Really good premise and the writing is of good quality. The world development is ok but need to see the later chapters even though over all geography, society and the power structure is present but only a handful of places are explored. Carefully planned and execution of character interactions, we get a full feeling of their personality and their development as the story progresses.

The story has a very similar vibe to The Strongest Senior Brother, the main character of a cultivation novel that meets other protagonists of the genre, whether, by fate or heavenly dao, the circumstances make them extremely antagonistic against the main character and in turn the main character seems to have been transmigrated into a silk pants archetype character. The story is well written and allows the reader to immerse into one of the most iconic types of Chinese stories. The cultivation is not rushed nor is it completely without problems, unlike in many such novels where the power-ups are abundant and without problems.

5/5 stars for this great gem. Hopefully, the author keeps at it. :3

I believe chapter 400 is a good stopping point for this story. I doubt I'll come back now that the series has shifted into another genre entirely. There isn't even an MC anymore.

This story is bad. It starts off incredibly good, and it has an amazing premise, but it ultimately falls far short of it's true potential. There are many great ideas, and great world building for the story's direction, but almost all of them are underutilized or doesn't live up to its potential. A great example of this is the way antagonists more or less spawn in left and right. The reason behind it is great, but the execution is awful, and we end up with tons of braindead, boring, and insufferable characters, and it becomes even better when the author runs out of ideas and decides to write 20 chapters in a row from their perspective, despite the top comments saying "skip skip skip" every chapter. The cherry on top when some of these characters die in very unsatisfying ways, leaving you feeling empty. 

I simply can't recommend this, it has its good moments where things go exactly as you want, and then you get teased by 3 incredibly good side chapters, followed by 20 unrelated awful filler chapters. The cherry on top is finding out those 3 good chapters turned into a paywalled spinoff series, and then the extra cherry on top, is realizing that the author spent multiple chapters introducing this character and 3 more, separately, specifically, for spinoff series' and nothing else.

is a very good thing, from the beginning it is a satisfying read that is a parody of xianxia novels and other similar genres but does not cross over to the extreme where it is excessive.

over time it becomes more like an average xianxia novel but still maintaining its moments of parody to the clichés and without falling excessively into those clichés either.

it's a fun read and well written, while it won't make you cry with sadness or want to jump/dance from the excitement of a fight/scene/anticipation it's still very entertaining.

The story is awesome, I love Tianyi, and he and his junior sister's dynamic (Daoyi) is just so fun to watch. Tianyi is overpowered, yet isn't. His talent is crazy, but he also has flaws. (I'm talking about his  perseverance) He can be a bit of a showoff at times, and he's proud and confident, but he's also afraid of death. This is something he has to work through.  Not bloodthirsty or overly curious, not overly righteous either, he does what he thinks is right, but still considers his and his family's safety over all else. It's just damn healthy.

The only problem I have with this book is the antagonists. Tianyi lets him live, and he comes back stronger each time. I'm counting around three or four times, maybe? He's still not dead, even with all he has done to try and kill and harm Tianyi and his family, he's still not dead. Lovespot got too weak of a punishment. Hells, everyone got too weak of a punisment. I mean, someone tried to cripple MC but in the end (and this was the judgment of his mother, who loves Tianyi) he got the punishment of GETTING HIS PAY CUT. The end. Nevermind Tianyi could have regressed, lost all his cultivation, and could have died. The punishment isn't implied to be unfair, either, so I think the author considers it a fair punishment. Lovespot killed and raped so many people, but in the end, he was only confined in the sect.

Please kill the bad guys or do something about them. I'm tired of this trope. Plz.
