Two young warlocks challenge each other to a magical contest: they will transform each other into a shape too horrendous to imagine, and then see who can hold out the longest. The first to beg to be turned back will be the loser.
Of course, the scariest thing either of them can think to be turned into is... *gorl*
It's dumb, it's gay, it's trans, and I love them.
Have you ever read a story that makes you want to grab one or two of the main characters and shake them and yell at their faces to not act so stupid because deep down they already know better? A story where this kind of fruitless anger at the lovely dumbass characters is only one between "Oh my"s and "Daww"s and "OH MY *blush*"?
This story is just like that. If you have a thing for reading about clueless trans lesbians taking half an eternity to come to their senses and be true to themselves, then read this one. It's delicious!

This story introduced me to the concept of reading stories about dense as a neutron star eggs. It showed that stories like this that focuses specifically on the trans/coming out experience and a dense character can be utterly delightful.
I generally have in the past avoided lots of coming out stories in published fiction but this has shown that those stories can be delightful.

As is the case with most of Elamimax's stories, Mutually Assured Seduction is a delightful mix of comedy, identity exploration, amazing story telling and of course, the big gay.
The characters are hilarious and seeing two dumbass eggs from an outside perspective is super fun and interesting. The characters felt real. Like people I could meet despite the magic setting and the way they interact with eachother is hilarious.
Im definitely going to re read this again at some point in the near future.
