How do you find justice in a city that doesn’t believe in it?

Eaverstead, the country's most populous city, is a breeding ground for crime, corruption, and the desperate acts of those struggling to survive.
At its core, two detectives walk different paths: one simply to make a living, while the other pursuing a more sophisticated goal.
