Odyssey of Jon, Book 1
What happens when the wrong person is summoned to save the fantasy world? They knew who they wanted. They just got someone else. What happens when that someone else knows who they were after? His son. Lets find out.
Warning: This story is intended to be a "gritty" adult isekai. The protagonist is a stranger in a strange land. Morally unsure. Mentally unstable. And in way over his head.
This has become one of my top favorit storys to read and follow. At first I was not sure during the first arc as our MC got kicked around emotionaly, but man as soon as the second arc hit... he just starts kicking ass and taking names. The MC is honestly the only mentaly unstable hero I find relatable. Anyway, do not let the crazy stuff in arc 1 fool ya this is turning out to be a wonderfull screwed up world!

I really enjoy this series and how the author uses such a unique angle to tell it.. im just slightly annoyed by how we're so far into the story, and yet the MC (despite his seemingly overpowered nature) is still very vulnerable... and also how the MC is literally whored out by his own harem/ followers... still confused how he could just shrug off being raped while incompacitated...

This story is extreme but if it is your kind of story it is amazing, well after the first ten or so chapters, it takes a bit of time for the writer to get the atmosphere right. If you don't like it after the first 5-10 chapters then just drop it but if you feel like reading on even a bit then keep on reading

Really like this book. Just starting the third volume and loving the depth of the story.
The MC is an Isekaied male who was grabbed instead of his son, who was thew actual target of the Hero Call.
The 1st book is his introduction to the world and him expressing his "displeasure" to the people who tried to take his son. Oh, and by the way his acquiring his first harem.
Some people will not like this book due to the less than standard isekai treatment of the MC, especially since it shows some of the lower sides of the life and some standard medieval treatment of people, "it wasn't pretty." The author, from what I can tell with my small knowledge of medieval times, is telling it fairly correct.
Overall I am enjoying this story and look forward te reading more of it.

Worth a try
Enjoyable reading experience in my opinion nothing really pulled me out of the story (grammar or spelling wise)

We need virgins here!

This is comedy gold, yet dark at the same time. Yes, there's harem. For the most part, fun time is described in general terms. The focus is on a man trying to stay sane in an insane world, while trying to figure out who has to die to protect his son. The fact that almost everyone wants to use him, kill him, or brainwash him? Just makes it messier.
Lots of pop-culture references, music references, and mocking of isekai tropes.

Pretty good story with some grammatic problems.
The story has a uniqu start as our MC is not the virgin teen, but the angry father who just got kidnapped in exchange for his son. It shows us a fairly unique angle on the isekai genre and is an overall enjoyable read. Only the grammar is sometimes lacking.
